PLEASE help me find a purse
 

My daughter wants a LV, Chanel, and Coach purse for Christmas. BUT, I don't want to spend over $150 (each) Does any one know if or where I can find one or all for that price. They have to be the real thing though cuz this kid can spot a fake a mile away. (she doesn't get that from me)

Try the outlets, or the Navy Exchange (if you have access). I get a lot of my purses there and there like $100 off.

I found a couple Chanel purses on E-bay that are very cute for a young girl and only about $100- $150. but how do I know if they are authentic?

I am a purse fanatic. It has been my experience that you may find a "tiny" Coach purse for that amount, but the others - forget it. Unless you find them on ebay and they are "gently used". But even then, they will probably be more than $150. Would it be workable for her to pick out the Coach purse that she likes and forget the others??? That way you could spend more on one bag and her have what she wants. LV and Chanel are WAY pricey.

I'm with you on that one. I'm a big designer purse freak, and there is no way you're going to get a new coach bag at that price, let along a used LV bag at that price. I agree with amyd, just get one designer bag and spend more for a nice one, instead of 3 designer bags.

And if you don't know how to spot a fake, I would definitely stay away from ebay. Even many of the ones that I've seen that say "authentic" aren't authentic.

OK then forget price where are the best places to get each. I have one of each but my LV was over $700 and didn't want to spend that much but if that is the only way she is going to get them then so be it.

I've had great luck finding my purses at Outlets or dept stores like Dillards. They are normally clearanced during season changes or when a new line comes out. I got a really cute signature coach bag for $150 and another for around $90 ( it was the bumble bee bag). Good luck!
