I'm not trying to be offensive but do feel strongly about the Biblical stance on homosexuality. | I respect your opinion, and you should respect ours. God forgives all. And for your info, people don't choose to be gay, they are born gay. What if you were born straight and that was against the "rules?" You might be thinking differently.
And believe it or not, I never liked Ellen when she was a comic years ago. There was just something about her I didn't like. Her and Rita Rudner. But that has nothing to do with Ellen being gay. And her show isn't going to make girls/boys go out and have sex with the same sex. As I said, you are born gay.
I live with my cousin who happens to be a gay man. He was brought up in a strict Catholic setting where he was told it was bad and how he's going to hell. He still has anxiety about that!  I'm a Catholic girl, but that whole idea just pisses me off.
As you can see I feel very strongly about gay rights. And please don't think I am attacking you. I commend you for speaking up, and know that your mind will not be changed, as won't mine. I just wanted to speak my opinion. ;) |
