She told me not to worry. I don't know what Jeff's facility looks like now. I bought the dog three years ago. He may have cleaned it up I don't know. I talked to the Fannin County Sheriff's Dept. this morning about what you people are doing to my name and business reputation. I will be getting all the contact information on the posters that have slandered me and It will be turned over to the law firm we have on retainer. Please make it clear to all the others on that site, I have the money and legal team to stop these posters once I have their contact information,,,, and I am in the process of hunting that information down today.

JDL, Luvmybabies, Chestersmom, JiggityJig, vainchick5 and red98vett are at the top of that list right now. We will also be seeking monetary damages from these posters and are requesting Yorkie Talk seal the web posts these people have written





He did send some pictures of his kennels and himself and it does look pretty clean and he does have teeth :D , but why the cages?? Thats the sad part...

I am sure your high powered legal team has let you know that to prove, slander, defamation, libel like you are claiming you need to prove quite a few things:
(1) what was said was more than an opinion: So I will say now that IT IS MY OPINION you are not a reputable breeder. I am not in anyway prohibited by law from sharing MY OPINION with others.
(2) Statement must actually be false: the burden on you is to prove that by a preponderance of the evidence, what that means is if enough of those people who allege to have purchased dogs in ill health etc, from you have proof of this they may be able to out weigh a few pictures of clean facilities, by the way cleanliness is not the only indication of commercial mill type breeding which is what most people here have spoken of.
(3) Some sorts of statements are subject to qualified privileges...Such as statements made in the interest of protecting the public etc, and made in good faith--> EVERYONE HERE IS ONLY TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE SELECT APPROPRIATE/RESPONSIBLE BREEDERS AND ALL STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE IN GOOD FAITH.
(4) Oh and you have this messy little bit about actually having to prove damages, I AM GUESSING MOST OF US HERE AT THE YT COMMUNITY WOULD ATTEST TO THE FACT WE WOULD HAVE NEVER CONSIDERED DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE and hence no damage to your rather unfortunate business has been done.

First sign someone may be unethical in their practices is rather than actually disproving things, they result to bullying. Oh and FYI many people here at YT can afford their own lawyers, are lawyers, or realize how incredibly hollow your threats are and that you sadly will continue selling hundreds of puppies to people who have not had the good fortune to be pointed in the direction of reputable breeders!
