There is no easy cure...the only thing that has worked for me is eat less and excercise more! |
I have found WATER to be the key to losing weight (for me). If I don't drink AT LEAST 6 cups of water per day, I won't lose any weight. I try ti drink 8-10 cups of water per day but it's hard. |

Another good trick is to freeze grapes. Then when you need something sweet, have a couple and you'll satisfy the craving. I just love them! |
I just started kick boxing this morning and let me tell ya after that workout you would have to loose weight (just in sweat alone) and it really is fun... |
I have lost 173lbs and feel great. I eat 6 small meals a day and walk in the evenings. Don't do white bread, pasta or veggies. Drink lots of water, no sugar, and no soda. I do have a 'reward' day and eat whatever I am craving. |

:rolleyes: My SO and I did that a competition once. We included a prize at the end, and I won! :D I think my major problem now is that my cooking is toooooo good. LOL! I try to cook every night and the stuff I make is just so to my liking, that I can't stop eating! Adam too!!! I'll make pastelillo's (which is a ground beef/cheese/potatoes stuffed in dough and fried) and he and I will eat the whole batch. And it's a recipe for 4-6! LOL. I'll make chicken paprika's and we'll both have two huge plates it's just so good. Perhaps I have to start cooking things I don't like, or make them nasty and I won't eat so much. |
