Has anyone tried Shirataki noodles yet?? WOW these things just may get me through this low carb diet!!!!!!!!! They are SOOOOO filling, and have next to nothing in them as far as calories, fat and carbs. I made spaghetti out of them and I am so satisfied right now. I'm very excited to have found these noodles! |

Take uup sewing It keeps your hands busy. Or knitting. I have lost 8 pounds the last couple of weeks since I have been sewing. So thank you to all the have supported me in my new "little" business. Waggie Wonders. :animal-pa You guys are awesome. :D |
Hey Jodi can you eat fruits yet...If you can go get you some frozen fruit mix and put it in your blender and add some oj or lemonaid sugar free and blend it....its great...:) Oh by the way how are your babies...:) |

There is no easy cure...the only thing that has worked for me is eat less and excercise more! |
I have found WATER to be the key to losing weight (for me). If I don't drink AT LEAST 6 cups of water per day, I won't lose any weight. I try ti drink 8-10 cups of water per day but it's hard. |

Another good trick is to freeze grapes. Then when you need something sweet, have a couple and you'll satisfy the craving. I just love them! |
I just started kick boxing this morning and let me tell ya after that workout you would have to loose weight (just in sweat alone) and it really is fun... |
I have lost 173lbs and feel great. I eat 6 small meals a day and walk in the evenings. Don't do white bread, pasta or veggies. Drink lots of water, no sugar, and no soda. I do have a 'reward' day and eat whatever I am craving. |

:rolleyes: My SO and I did that a competition once. We included a prize at the end, and I won! :D I think my major problem now is that my cooking is toooooo good. LOL! I try to cook every night and the stuff I make is just so to my liking, that I can't stop eating! Adam too!!! I'll make pastelillo's (which is a ground beef/cheese/potatoes stuffed in dough and fried) and he and I will eat the whole batch. And it's a recipe for 4-6! LOL. I'll make chicken paprika's and we'll both have two huge plates it's just so good. Perhaps I have to start cooking things I don't like, or make them nasty and I won't eat so much. |
