i have not been on the site for a few days i am afraid i have some sad news on Thursday my lovely Dad died suddenly he had been doing DIY that day finished off had his tea which he ate , then my mum made him a coffee while he got wahed and changed after 20 mins she realised his coffee wass getting cold so she went to look for him, as my mum entered the bedroom she saw my Dad on the floor by the bed he was dead there was nothing she could do, she was of course screaming down the phone to me that is a call i shall never forget i was screaming , me and my husband ran to the car we only live a few yards away we arrived at the same time as the ambulance , i ran to see my mum who was screaming on the floor with my Dad i saw him and i sasw the crews efforts to revive him the resst iss a blur but there was nothing to be done i think he suffered cardiac arrest he was a very heavy smoker and we had nagged him for years about this, my heart is broken and i cannot get those images of my dear Daddy on the floor and the awful colour of his face my heart will never mend i just needed to tell someone really it was so sudden that i keep just shaking and crying please pray for my poor mum she hass been with my Dad since she was 14 years old he was only 63 .
