my bf tryed putting his fingers over the flash but it didn;t work |
you should be able to turn the flash off... |
hmmm maybe you can cover it with something black but there should be a button to turn it off:confused: |
i guess I'll have to dig out the manual and see how to do it |
lol if you cant find it then you can type in the type of camera and maybe something will come up like an online manuel. |

On my camera it looks like a lightning bolt and you press it and you can choose on and off. |

Mine too! Hey Marcella....have you noticed we are chatting back and forth on 2 different posts? Ghost Hunters!! |
I don't know about the flash button...but, I really want to see a picture of your Halloween decorated house. :D |
It's probably going to take more than just covering up the flash to get a good picture. Get out the instruction book and see if you have a setting for night time or fireworks so it will set the correct aperture and shutter speed. |
Some have a built in auto flash, and they cannot be turned off. Mine is an HP and I don't believe that I can turn mine off. I'd also like to turn off the auto focus cause it takes so long for it to take a picture and when your subjects are dogs and kids they don't sit still for that long. |
