I agree..that read like we should feel sorry for HER and it's that poor puppy that should have been addressed - she SHOULD be embarrassed and she needs help if she thinks she can justify what she did. She should have been ordered to get that 'Help' asap - like 6 months of sleeping and eating right next to Big Bertha in the big house. |

Someone sick enough to do that could just as easily hurt a human. I hope she doesn't have children. At the very least people like that should not be able to ever have another animal in their home and that should be legally enforced. Let's just all hope she violates parole and has to serve her full sentence. |

All I can say is her punishment does NOT fit the crime!! She is getting off with a WEAK sentence!! What she did is DISGUSTING and horrible!! She should rot in jail!! :mad: |

That just shows you that our system is so wrong. The systems will give her more time " IF" she breaks probation than she actually got to murdering her puppy!:mad: Sick! |

Yes the punishment should fit the crime...Some people just don't understand that animals can feel just like humans...I strongly feel this way...we had some hamsters that were not doing so well....they had some kind of skin disease...so I had lots of people telling me that they would do "away" with them...including my husband but I said no and had them "humanly" put to sleep ($75.00 later) but in my heart I knew that that was the only way to do it. |
