I'm so mad I could just eat nails, I have been trying to send V some pictures of 2 of my furbabies and the darn hp will not sent them :mad: So I called hp to see what the promble was hell I couldn't understand what the lady was saying that pissed me off :mad: Then she kept telling me there were # on the bottom of my :camera: when there wasn't one :angry: I was holding it in my hand I had to repeat myself at least 3 times before she understood what I said :eek: Finally I got really :mad: :mad: and said I was going to delete the whole darn thing and hung up. I don't want to delete it I have a lot of pictures on it my daughter doesn't live with me so she can't fix it I did call her I'm so :mad: But I'm :cry: I'm ready to blow lady's better stand back.:droolin:

whoa calm down..did you find anything on the internet about it? sometimes when I can't get something to work I look it up on google. I know the people at HP are from like another country impossible to understand.

Is there a way you can bring it to a store and have them help you out? Or is there a friend you can call and have look at it? I understand how frustrating those companies can be.
I stopped my DSL/AT&T because everytime I called them for help I reached their help center in India. I always had SO much trouble understanding their accent or they don't understand me. And I knew more about computers than they did! They would always read stuff right off of the screen, as if I couldn't do that too. The last straw was when I had called them to ask for an update on their DSL outage and they told me that I needed to reboot MY computer! I was so mad at them! How can rebooting my computer ever help the situation if they are having the outage due to upgrades!? Customer service really has gone downhill in so many ways.
If you try bringing it to best buy they are usually very friendly and helpful.

Take the camera to Walmart and tell them you want your pictures on a CD. My friend was having a similar problem to yours and she took the entire camera to CVS pharmacy and they put them on a disk for like 3 bucks. Totally worth it!!

LOL, technology is great, isn't it? But when it doesn't work it's usually such a pain in the a**.

I told some pictures of my other yorkies some everyone could see. BUT hell it put it something else now I have 3 things that has my pictures :confused: glad there wasn't any nasty ones on there :) I am about to delete it all and start over :eek: my daughter will not call me back :mad: It will unload the pic but when it's trying to send it, it say error I don't know what to do I delete the pic on the camera and how I want to scream, No one is here to help me.:confused: :confused: :confused:

Waaaaaaahhhhh! Crying always helped me when I got frustrated!;) Well, not really. Take a break and go outside and come back and try to start fresh in a half hour or so.
