Costume Help Hello all. So here's my dilemma. I'm going to family Halloween Party thats just for adults. It's so dam hard to get a good costume. I need some help. I was thinking of going as Dorothy and putting Daisy in the basket. She was too young last year to do it. Im the youngest there (im 27). My cousin said it's not original enough, I dont think these people would think of doing something like that. Last year there was Cat in the Hat, Tacky Tourists, Bingo ladies, etc. Is being Dorothy cheezy? And if i do dress up as Dorothy, should i dress Daisy up as well? :thumbs up |

I think dorothy and toto is totally cute!!! My sister in law is so creative (we call her Martha Stewart), last year she dressed up like Mimi and my brother was Drew Carey. It was hilarious! The year before, she made my brother Jack from Jack in the Box, that was really great too! |

I went as Dorothy last year, I did the whole nine yards and made my costume. And carried Melvin for the night, I loved being Dorothy as it gave me an excuse to carry "Toto". My husband and I are going to a halloween party at the end of the month. We are going as a redneck bride and groom. The furbabies aren't coming with us though..this is a skin people party! |
LauraMichelle: you did an awesome job on the custome and i sure in the hell dont have the body you do. You and Toto looked really cute. BLowry: Yes this is supposed to be an all skin party as well, but i dint think she'll mind. Daisy is very good and I'm going to bring her portable crate, if thats what i decide to be. I just spoke with the woman throwing the party and next year she's doing like a "theme" party. Like Pimps and Hookers ~ wish she could've done a theme this year and it wouldnt be hard. As a kid i never had a problem of what i wanted to be. |
