I ate 2 egg whites 1 yolk and some greek yogurt...stupid diet =(

I had a bowl of homemade, low fat turkey chili with beans, and 1/2 of a pita bread.

I drank a pot of cofee from 7 am to 3 p.m. (with a lot of fat free french vanilla creamer ;) ) then ate some cereal. I hate when I do that, it makes me feel like crap.

I did okay today-

B- Toast no butter
L- Lean Pocket and a few sun chips
D- Grilled Chicken and Brown Rice

BUT-- we may go grab a milkshake with some friends in a half hour...;)

Mine wasn't very healthy at all!!! :rolleyes: Two...YEAH I SAID TWO turkey burgers with cheese drowning in ketchup and pickels, a reece butter cup and a glass of water. Figured I'd had enough calories for one meal already so I forefitted the soda! :p What the heck...IT'S FRIDAY!!! :yay_jump: :cheer: :2oh59:

Mines horrible!!!

Here goes:

I had a big mac, fry and then......................2 apple pies!

Friends don't know where I put it all. They say they way I eat I should weigh 200! I'm tall and thin. Thank god for the height or it might show! :eek:

OMG:eek: i had 3 pieces of fried chicken, a biscuit, small order of mashed potatoes and gravy and half of a large order of red beans and rice from Popeye's with Large Mr. Pibb!!!!MMOOOOOOO!!!!!no wonder i've been running around with my pants unsnapped!!! i was really hungry i usually don't eat that much. i had a real busy morning...gave my pit a bath and put him in the back of hubby's new pick-up truck and took him to the vet for his yearly shots and heartgard...Pudge weighs more than i do...he's over a hundred pounds of sweetheart. he got a crush on the vet tech she is a pretty lady and he didn't want to leave the vet's office...he laid down across her feet so she couldn't go anywhere because she was petting him so good!!!:D :D :D
