10 Years Since His Death OKay guys, i know the majority of you guys aren't into rap, so I'm still going to talk about this subject. Today marks the 10th anniversary of the death of Tupac Shakur. I know he lived a "thug life," and done what every mother doesn't want her son to do. I recently saw this documentary that was explained in his words, and it made me see the light. He didn't choose to become the person he was. His father left him and his mother when he was an infant. It just made me open my eyes to a lot of things. I'm happy when I woke up this morning, AOL had him on the main page. Rest In Peace 2Pac.. you were a great actor, poet, and man. |
I can't believe it's been 10 years and he was full of talent. I was surprised at what a good actor he was |
Im sorry but you choose your path you take.. A parent leaving marks alittle in your life but it doesnt make you become a gangster..the person does. My mom left me with no explanation when I was 6..just didnt want me and still doesnt!!!!! He was a good actor however, its a shame that he died! |

You right you choose the path you take, but it's different being raised in one place, than another. Today is remembrance of a great man. His poetry speaks for himself. |

Wow, it's amazing how 10 years go buy so fast.......RIP 2pac. |
Me and my partner love 2pac, we have most of his albums and i love the film poetic justice, R.I.P 2pac :( |
Yes, 2 pac really had talent. He puts a lot of the rappers out now to shame. I wonder what he would think about "rappers" these days like Kevin Federline's lyrics about his Lamborghini and being in a different tax bracket. |
Everyone in life makes mistakes and Tupac was no different however, his music meant something to people unlike some of the hip-hop now (don't get me wrong I still love hip-hop). I also appreciated his work as an actor. I can remember riding to the beach listening to WPGC (DC hip-hop station) and them breaking in saying Tupac had been shot and was pronounced dead at the hospital RIP Tupac. |
Watched the Documentary Resurrection last night. Tupac wan not only a great rapper, but a wonderful poet. I am sorry that his life was cut short. He had so many talents. He is missed. |
