I donated 25.00 but will buy a harness tto but I didn't see where to purchase on your website! Forgive me I'm getting old!! Where is it listed under.

We started using extra wide velcro for an extra firm closure, but the pictures havent been updated yet to show it.

Thanks...those girls of mine have just absolutely STOLEN the hearts of each member of our family! We have always been animal people, but I could never have imagined the level of fun and happiness and LOVE that the yorkies would bring to our home. It makes you just want to pass it on! Chopstix's eyes remind me of Mazie's when we first got her, which is part of why she just reached out and grabbed my heart. I keep telling Daddy they need another sister! ;)

V--you are such a CLASS ACT, and the kindness and generosity of people like you...Shana...etc...is such a bright light in this crazy old world!

I donated $10 to Chopstix. Poor thing....she looks so pitiful. I hope someone from YT is able to adopt her once she has recovered, so we can follow her progress!

I just checked the link to Petfinders and they now have enough for her first surgery but need more for follow up care. WAY TO GO YT!!!

That is so wonderful & great!!!!! Keep up the good work YT's....Chopstix is a doll and deserves a great life....I hope someone on YT can adopt her when the time comes...I would love too....:) Way to go Georgies mom, your the best!!!!:)

I know this is probably standard for them to say but I got an email from my donation and the line that I put in red made me really really sad:(

We at Lauren's Zoo Special Interest Adoptions want to

donation. Without people like you, we would be unable
to reach our potential as a "special needs" facility.
We are, as of this moment, unsure of Chopstix' fate
because of the severety of her abuse. Please keep

I dont knwo what I am going to do if she doesnt make it through surgery or recovery. I feel like I already know and love her like she is one of my own. I am so ready for Monday to be over!

Yea this is really sad I can't imagine how someone could hurt such a precious baby:( . I will be praying for her.

Same here!! She is so precious and has had to go thur so much....I have fallen in love with her too.....We will just have to get everyone praying for her Monday....:)

I agree--it made me really sad too.....but I think they just want to make sure every one understands that just because they have the money needed for the surgery....doesn't mean she is out of the woods yet.

But.....I just LOVE her little picture that was attached to the reply. That made me smile...big time!!!:D

Yea that's what I figured my heart sunk but like you seeing her picture made me feel better she is such a sweet baby.

I can't believe it!!!! Enough to pay for her surgery, and lots of donations since, as well. What an absolute answer to an impossible prayer this must seem like to the shelter!!!

Since I posted the original thread about Chopstix here, I feel like I need to thank each and every one of you, many times over, for your generosity to her. I just knew that she captured my heart when I read her story, but I never imagined that so many would adopt her cause.

Well, we've all seen what we can do when we put our MONEY together...now let's see what we can do when we put our PRAYERS together!!!

GO CHOPSTIX, GO!!!!!

I was looking at this, and you were wondering what state Chopstix is in? Its Mobile AL, same city I live in, and matter of fact, their home address is in MY zip code too!

I tried looking up in the phone book, but they must be unlisted. Was going to take a donation to them. I just don't like showing up at anyones house unannounced. I looked on a good Mobile map, and know "about" where the street is.

It's AWESOME !! I just looked at her update page and wow ! Pet Lovers ROCK ! They have enough for her first surgery....

what a nice story to be a part of ...(thank you Peanut LOL ) and Jig....you too !!!

only.... I wish there were NO Cruel people in the world and there would never be a need for this kind of thing. How anyone can hurt something that just wants our love is beyond my comprehension.
