You can dip them in yogurt too. I have tried those and they are really good. Plus you can probably give Lexi some with the yogurt. Great now you got me all hungry and I still have an hour to go before I go home. Hmm, let me see who I can steal some munchies from.... brb :D |
omg necce how do you do it with yogurt..? and how does it stick? oooooh cant wait |
I am not sure but I have bought them from the store covered in vanilla and strawberry yogurt. They are sooo delicious. And the best part is the pups can eat them too. |
necee,, where are ya???? need an answer for the yogurt for tonight.. |
I got ya Gina. I found this recipe online. Let me know how it comes out!! 10 dozen small pretzels 2 cups vanilla yogurt or strawberry yogurt 5 cups confectioners' sugar Preheat oven to 250°F. In a large mixing bowl, mix the confectioners sugar into the yogurt, one cup at a time with a hand blender. Using tongs or chopsticks, dip the pretzels, one at a time, into the frosting and place them on a wire cooling rack (place a cookie sheet under the wire rack to catch the excess frosting that will drip from the pretzels). Once all pretzels are coated, turn your oven off and place the wire rack and cookie sheet in, leaving the oven door slightly open. The excess heat will help the frosting dry without leaving the pretzels soggy. Allow frosting to harden for 3-4 hours, remove from oven, and store pretzels in an airtight container for up to 3 days. |
your the bestest of the best necee,, thank you |
did you ever thing of making the chocolate cover strawberries too...the two together might make a nice dessert platter to bring somewhere |
