What an awesome feeling!
 
I just got back from the church-wide store house. we packed away food for church members (from all over the state) who don't have the money to buy food for their family. when I was leaving, I felt so great inside. there was one woman there with her 2 kids and my brother and I were doing her order for her. She was so greatful for our help. Being around people like that is a real reminder of how blessed we are. :)

Why can't ALL teens be just like you ? That's such a good post to read. You have so much more 'heart' in you than many adults do.

Meagan I wish more young ppl were like you. You seem to really like helping others for the right reasons, This bought tears to my eyes. My son who is 16 doesn't really care about anything but football, girls, comptuers, May God bless you heart. Love from me &my gang

Megan, what more can I say?! Just think what a wonderful world it would be if all teens were like you!!!!!! You are so right...we are ALL so very very blessed. Thank you for reminding us of that. I do need reminding sometimes. :)

I think it is great that you devote your time to helping those in need. So many teens nowadays vegetate in front of tv or computer screens and never get out and do something productive. Instead of hanging out at the mall or being public nuisances, more teens should contribute something positive to their communities. I think both you and your brother should be commended for being mature and caring young adults. Your parents should be very proud.:)
