First cover a plate with bite sized Tostito chips (the little round ones) cover with a mixture of refried beans and beef (or whatever meat you prefer or no meat if you want) top that with nacho cheese, salsa, chopped onions, peppers, black olives, shredded cheese and sour cream...put it all in the microwave til the cheese melts and becomes stringy (about 1 minute) then drizzle a little Ranch dressing over the top. Don't forget your fork...you ain't eatin' these with your fingers! You can also layer these ingredients in a lasange pan and bake them in the oven like a casserole if you want it as a scoopable side dish. Before we left Florida we invited a few neighbors over for dinner...we had a Nacho bar on the counter and I made Chicken Quesadillas...now that's good eatin! |

Okay, it's not even 10 am- is it too early to make nachos?:p Seriously, I am craving them now! I am really a terrible eater- I love any junk food. One of my favorites is Stax Salt and Vinegar chips. It has to be Stax though. They have this great little bite that the other brands don't have. If you've never had salt and vinegar chips you are probably thinking, ewwwww! That's what I thought too. Now I wish I had never tried them! I honestly hardly ever buy them because I WILL eat the whole can. |

Skinny cow sugar free frozen fudge bars Pita Bread and Hummus Potatoe chips dipped in ranch dressing Cold pepperoni pizza |
If it's not moving, I'll probably try eating it Chocolate in any shape or form, but I prefer chocolate cake with chocolate icing and chocolate filling with a cup of coffee and a few Stella Doro anisette toast thingies to dip ino the coffee in the middle of eating the cake. How about a Hershey Bar - but I break off each little piece and don't chew it. I just let it melt in my mouth. I also love cheeseburgers with bacon and cheese fries, pepporoni pizza, spaghetti and meatballs and Wise potato chips mixed together with raisinets. I could probably go on forever, so I think I'll stop now because, luckily, I have chicken cutlet parmigian with spaghetti take-out for dinner (another favorite). Judy |

You can buy those ice cream mixers (machines) at Wal-Mart, etc. Then, just buy the ice cream mix (or there are even all home-made versions) and a few other ingredients, turn the machine on (the new ones are all electric, the olds ones were hand cranked) and in alittle while, you have yummy, homemade ice cream. It melts faster then the store bought kind, but it freezes well. Yummmmmmmm!!!! |
