devoted to Lucy! Thank you so much. I take one day at a time and I'm very fortunate to have family, friends, and co-workers who have been wonderful to me. Aug 12 was my birthday and it was the first one without him. I turned 49. He always made this a special day for me. The kids took me out to dinner to get me out of the house. They refused to take no for an answer and now I'm glad I went. My parents came over today and my sisters both called. I am blessed. |
just thought of some more that i no about. my brothers house is 1800s and a man fell down the stairs and broke his neck years ago but some nights you can hear him walking down the stairs and then falling. there is also something bad there that keeps scareing my 5 year old niece, she said it sits on her bad. and the bloke that lives next door to my brothers has a ghost too, the bloke called jason loves motor bikes and he has boxes and boxes of bits off of bikes in his garage, oneday he was out there and dropped a box of bits on the floor, he thought oh bugger i will go get a cup of tea and then come back to clean it up, well he made a cup of tea walked back in to the garage and the bits were all off the floor and on the table but not only that they had been placed in a pyramid, the big bits at the bottom and the small at the top. |
chills...i wont sleep tonight...lol |

anymore spooky stuff? |
okay ppl bring on the spooky stories |
devoted to Lucy! OK - spooky..... In Coweta County Ga, a woman named Mahelia(sp?) was a known psychic. She told everything in rhyme. The movie "Murder in Coweta County" was about her. An elderly man I knew told me that when he was younger, he had a bird dog that he truly prized. She disappeared one day and he spent several days searching for her. He finally went to see Mahelia. She told him exactly where the dog was. She told him to ask the man, but to go around back to the barn, that the dog was tied up behind the building. He did, and found the dog I don't remember the rhyme, but that's how she told it. She became famous because of the murder in the county she lived in. A man whose last name was Turner disappeared and even the sheriff there went to talk to her to find out what happened. She told him where to find the body. It had been burned and the remains scattered. If you ever get a chance to rent the movie, it happened exactly the way she said and involved "high society" people of that time period. (Early 20th century) It's name is "Murder in Coweta County" starring Johnny Cash's wife as Mahelia. There's also a hugh house in Carrollton, Ga that's on one of the main streets. Thru the years, it's been a private residence, a "head shop", a clothing store, and most recently a restaurant. The owners have many times seen an elderly woman in 19th century clothing walking around and heard her overhead in the upstairs area. They said she was clearly visible and nodded to them. |
oohhhh not going there lol |
i remembered something from when i was about 7, my sister went over her friends house which was really big and old and they were in the kitchen making a toast, it was a really old kitchen and still had some old stuff in it from years ago like pots and pans and a meat hook hanging on the wall, well they had there back to the meat hook and when they turned around there was a body hanging on the meat hook  they both screamed and ran out of the house, my sister came home in a real state and told my mum what happened, think mum thought she had been seeing things, well then cos the family had not lived in the house long and didnt no anything about the house they started to ask people about the place and someone told them that a woman had been murderd there in the 1800s by her husband and he pushed her on to a meat hook:eek: funny my sister never went there again:D lol |

now that yucky!!! |
WEll HERE YA GO How freaky is THIS. So I decided to try the seeing ghost thingy that Kimberly posted . So I'm sitting there in the dim room and doing the looking back and forth thingy ...... Just then my 6 year old walks in the front door waving a piece of paper at me saying.. I got this for you Mommy..... It was a flyer about not being afraid to die!!!!!!! My son had picked it up off the front porch and brought it to me. It was from a local church down the street and had the whole front page of the flyer talking about how dying is just moving on and you shouldn't be afraid:eek: I was totally FREAKED OUT:eek:   |
Bye the way... What I said is totally TRUE . For anybody that doesn't believe me i can SCAN the flyer from the church and it is dated:eek:  |
