which is actually quite rude

and even rushed something for me

:confused: :( Ive never tried to be rude to my customers and promise them a timeframe that I cant deliver. My website says 1-3 weeks on orders and you actually received your order in 2 weeks 5 days (I checked tracking), not a month. I just finished up your other order and got it packaged and that will also reach you within my timeframe allocated by my website.

It is stated on my website on the store information page how I operate my business and why our turnaround time for orders is usually 1-3 weeks. I personally handmake my Tinkerbell's Closet designs once they are ordered, my line of clothing is not mass produced in factories in asia and sitting on my shelf all ready to go. Ive thought about having my designs manufactured in mass quanitites as that would solve the timeframe problem but I do not want to compromise quality & design plus I would not be able to offer them in custom sizing. So instead I believe in offering unique quality handmade items that can be custom made to fit dogs especially since all dogs are built differently. I have people that work for me that help me to get things made quicker but naturally things can happen. One of my main employees was gone for 2 weeks on vacation last month. Im not trying to make excuses but I am trying to point out that I have indicated on my website the time frame for my personal handmade items and I have reasoning for it which I have based on my last 2 and half years of experience. Some orders are received in 2 days some may take 3 weeks, it varies and I am not trying to lie or be rude to anyone by promising a timeframe that I cant do. Actually I am very much trying to do the opposite. I am trying to make it very clear on my website how long orders can take.

I've personally been to their store and they are a great company. When they say to allow 5-7days I am sure they mean "business" days which alot of the time means monday-friday. How did they ship it? If it is UPS ground that can easily take a week and a half.

yea i thought about that before then it would be 5 days so prob tommorrow or the next
regular mail but the tracking number isnt working

Tinkerbells closet is so great, it is worth waiting for! Shana was so sweet to me when I ordered last and I love her dresses and pj's! She was probably having a rough week when you ordered!!! :)

I don't know if glamourdog does this, but a ton of dog clothing sites drop ship their items and keep nothing in stock - which would be a way longer turn around time for items.

I've only ordered from Shana once, she did such a great job, and I certainly received my items on time. I don't think 3 weeks or even a month is too long for a quality item, unless a shorter time was specified by the retailer. Anyway, Shana certainly seems like a class act, and I know she has a LOT of loyal customers here.

still nothing today i got an email back from them but it didnt say much im hoping tommorrow
