It's US, Bettyeanne & Toto!!!
 

:eek: We are still "imprisoned" in the mountains of Virginia, about 90 miles west of Washington, DC!!! We wanna go home!!! We have been here since August 29 .... Mary Ellen, God help me ... "I ain't no kamper"!!!!!! :eek: Two - three days ... nice .... longer than that, questionable!!! Everytime I try to send mail from this God forsaken place I lose my signal ... maybe this will go ... maybe it won't!! I miss "the friends" .... I miss my space .... I miss my wonderful dishwasher .... I miss my ... Mom!!! :) It IS really beautiful here and the scenery has been wonderful .... but .... I've seen enough! I want to see the ocean ... I want a good sunburn .... and thank God ... tomorrow morning we are finally going home!! I hope to get caught up on the 80 pieces of mail waiting to be answered and I haven't even checked my business account! [first things first!] Toto says hello and sends big puppy kisses to everyone!!! :D

Awwww, we miss Toto! Have a safe journey home! 10 days can seem an eternity at time, eh? :)

Take BIG, DEEEEEEP breaths, Bettyanne.....there.....there.....now another one......BIG, DEEEEEEP breath........*

Thanks!!! I needed that!! And .... Fasteddie ... it's nice to be missed! :) We just get so spoiled with all the "conveniences" and lose all perspective!!! :p Mary Ellen ... I have been doing that "Deep Breath" thing for about 4 days now!! :rolleyes: I think my problem is the park we are in! It's such a disappointment ... the day we got here, if it had not been such a "sissy" thing to do, Pat & I both would have just sat on the grass and cried! We had stayed at a really disappointing park on the way and the only thing that kept us "maintained" was telling ourselves ... this is only one night ... tomorrow we will be in the beautiful park .... happy as three crabs!! NOT!!! There is a lot to be said about "false advertising" ... but they pretty much had us by the "big toe" because it was a holiday weekend and we couldn't find an inch in another park!! Everything that isn't grass is large gravel!! Poor Toto hasn't had anywhere to play and she feels like she has gained 5 lbs!! How does Higgy feel about "fat girls"!!! :D She will run her little tiny short legs off when we get home!! In fact ... we both will!!! ;) OK ... while the internet "gods" are smiling on me this afternoon, I will try to "submit"!! BTW .... did Ana get her baby? The 9th I believe was the day? I'm soooo behind ... I will never catch up!!! ;)
