Can you believe this idiot jury!!!! This month last year a lady put her 8 yr. old son in the trunk of her car while she was in work all day (8hrs) and he died. She just now went to trial and they let her off with NOT GUILTY. What kind of jury would let the lady get away with this horrable crime. The news said the court said that it was not a crime, it was just a single mother that needed to work and had nowhere for her child to go while she was working!!! WTF is that. My mom was a single parent raising me and we went through alot of tough times but I know we would have lived on the streets b/4 she would lock me in the trunk of her car while I'm at work. Sorry I just had to vent...... This is just so CRAZY... What has this world come to, to let this lady get away with MURDER Crystal |
That is unbelievable! What is wrong with today's society that they would rule in this MONSTER'S favor? Don't tell me that she had absolutely no one to leave her child with...a neighbor, someone! She ended up killing her child!!!!! :thumbdown The people that defend these pathetic pieces of crap piss me off! |
Ya, I was a single mother with 6 kids, and I didn't kill a single one of them.. I've come to believe that most juries are comprised of idiots. They don't pick reasonable intelligent people. They choose a jury of their peers. Well peers are like minded people, living under similar circumstances, so what can you expect. To them it must have seemed perfectly normal to lock your kid in the trunk. The funny thing is, had they locked their dog in the trunk and it died, they would have done jail time. |
These days..YES, I can believe it, some of these rulings amaze me.. |
Unbelieveable! We had a sad case here where the single dad left his 6 year old son home all day on Saturday so that he could work. The child was playing with a lighter and he set the house on fire and died in the fire. I'm sorry, how could you leave a 6 year old alone all day???? I couldn't be on another floor of my house when my son was 6, he got into trouble the minute he was out of my sight. Not to mention all of the other things: food, get dressed, being bored and home alone. People here were OUTRAGED when he was arrested. I was like: hello, they should throw away the key! |
You mean you are ALLOWED to keep your kids in the trunk? What the h-ll was I paying babysitters for? Could've just put her in the trunk while we went out to eat. Those jurists are whacked...big time. We did have a father here that left his child by mistake. He did not routinely drop the child off at day care. The baby was in the backseat and didn't make any noise....dad was on auto pilot....drove to work, parked, and remembered the child....too late. I have never forgotten my child, but I've operated on auto pilot while in the midst of a daily routine. To see that father's grief and pain was heartbreaking. He didn't need punishing...he lives with it the rest of his life. |
That is horrible. The mother must being mentally insane. What did the child think of being left in a trunk when she did it??? That is so sad... |
Of all the other places she could have left the child, she picked the trunk? What an idiot. I just think it’s baffling that we treat our dogs better than some parents care for their children. Not that our dogs deserve any less, but that these children deserve so much more. |
Sometimes, people are absolute idiots. To kill your child in a stupid way, (whoops! where did I leave my kid?) is unforgivable. But to excuse this behaviour, as a jury that has time to think about it, and find the parent NOT GUILTY!!! Because she didn't mean it!?! Soooooooo, the first time I accidentaly run into/over someone, I get off because I didn't mean it, and didn't have the money to get new brakes? Cool. What a precedent to set. |
