I googled "St. Joseph statue for luck on selling a house" and found tons of sites that sell kits of St. Joseph (some are $5.95) and had information about it.
I looked for the best way to bury the statue and they are all different. Some say facing the street, some say facing the house, some say it has to be a certain depth, etc.

I would be interested in hearing how everyone else buried theirs and their luck with it. I know with ours, the instructions were on the box (can't remember them exactly), but we buried ours in the front yard, facing away from the house and so far away from the house.

One site said that facing him away from the house made the house across the street sell and it wasn't even for sale! Course, we live in the country and there were no houses across the street. Another said to bury it upside down, so it will work harder. Who knows?!
