you just never know with that show, I know a lot of people love to watch it but dont vote, I did not vote every week and I didnt Tues, my bad cause i would have voted for Chris! But no matter what, Chris will get a record deal out of this, he is a rocker and he has a great voice for that sort of music, I'm just glad he made it this far. I really hope Kat or Taylor wins, I just dont care for Elliot!

I voted for Katherine seriously like 40 times. I was driving home from my boyfriends house and just kept voting all the way home..lol

YES FINE, I ADMIT IT..LOL..I just didn't ever really like Chris...there I said it. He WASN'T my favorite, Kat is. :p and yes I voted for 35 minutes straight, so probably voted more than 40 times, but that's because I'm a true fan..lol..of KAT :p
You know what's funny? When it was between Kelly Clarkson and Justin, I voted 10 times for her (I will never forget this). When they announced she had won, Ryan said she won by 3 votes or something like that. My jaw dropped. I was like "IF I HADN'T VOTED SO MUCH, SHE MIGHT HAVE LOST"..lol

I think the whole audience forgot to breathe - it was dead silent for a little while when Ryan announced it was Chris. I think most of America thought (knew) he would make it to the final two, if not win! He will come out of this well though - he is very talented (every song, even out of his style, sounded very well), good lucks, etc. He will be one that we hear more out of soon.

I thought it was all rigged too, but then the judges were so shocked as well, so I don't know anymore. I too, wonder if some of his fans thought he was safe and sent in pity votes for one of the others - maybe to keep their second favorite in the running, along side Chris.

So upsetting, don't even know if our family will watch the rest of it or not - although, Taylor is so funny and he did sing pretty good. (he is our second favorite) Not many were fans of Katherine - (we thought Paris or Mandisa should have been there before her) - even the judges have been negative about some of her recent songs (she is good, but not all the time), just amazing sometimes. It is said that one from the "south" would win, so we will see.

Oh well, America voted and we still have playbacks of Chris - Bon Jovi Steel Horses - WOW!!!!! and Bryan Adams - Have you ever loved a women!! Mmmmmm...........

Did he do Byan Adams? I must of missed that show...I love that song!

Yes, but I can't remember when it was - it was several shows back - I'm thinking maybe around the same time as Barry Manilow was on there? Anyone else remember? I watched it and about died! He was so goooooood!!!! The morning show with Matt Lauer and Katie Couric was even talking about it the morning after - Matt normally doesn't watch the show, but caught that one and was really impressed.

Maybe it will be on their site or somewhere to download. I can't wait for this season to come out on DVD - just so I can hear and see him!!! ;)

Oops - my husband said that he didn't think Chris sung "Steel Horse" by Bon Jovi- I can't remember. I remember watching it and I have always liked that song and of course, Chris did AMAZING with it. Maybe it is titled something else?

I am totally bummed about Chris - I did think that he would be the next "American Idol."

I voted for Kat from my cell phone about 15 times and I voted for Chris from Jim's cell phone about 15 times too. I liked them both the best -- I was hoping they'd be the last 2 idols left.

Taylor is funny but he belongs in Vegas or as part of a traveling circus. :) And to be honest, I was never crazy about Elliot.
