got a good one too. Mom named older sis Magdalena! When she brought the baby home gram said "horrible name." Started calling her Maureen. When she was in her 30's she got her birthcertificate and was like WTH? Mom had no memory of Magdalena!!! (would have to know mom to understand) Luckily my Aunt remembered the whole story. Cost sis $$$ to change name to Maureen.
