Shew!!! Glad I finally figured out it was an old post. I was a little concerned about V when she mentioned her husband being there and making fun of her. :D

OMG I LOVE this thread! I've never read it before. This is so funny-V, you have such a kind heart, and you were only trying to help this "Rare Pigeon" :) (I wouldn't have known what kind of bird it was either-he's so pretty up close!)

I think one of my favorite parts is when you ask if Homing Pigeons have little mapquests...well, the very technologically advanced ones have tiny GPS's strapped to their other leg, and will tell them directions on their way. Oh, and there's a small button under their right wing they can push if they get lost-kind of like OnStar ;)

LOLOLOL !!!!!!!!!! OMG Suzy - I'm laughing so hard I'm getting a headache - GOOD ONE ! See the changes in just 2 years ? we all know MAPQUEST is kinda screwed up but 'On Star' wasn't that well known back then or I BET he wouldn't have been on my fence !

I really enjoyed that thread. Honestly, if I saw that bird up close, I would have thought it was similar to a pigeon but too fancy to ever be one!

AHAHHAHAHA, I am sorry but one look at that bird I was like that is a pigeon.... I thought it was gonna be some outta this world bird... we have 34573907530472 of those here in NYC LMAO
