There Are A Lot of Old Posts Popping Up Tonight! I keep thinking there are new posts. I click on the link and see people that aren't around anymore responding! Then I go up and look at the date. 2004, 2005!! It's cool that they are coming up, but I almost voted for a Yorkie (out of 3) that the woman has probably had for over a year now! LOLOL :p |
LOL, I noticed the same thing! And a couple of them I had never seen, like Sully chasing the chickens!! We should someday have a "Funniest Yorkie Video" contest, shouldn't we??? :D |
hahaha I noticed that too. I noticed a decrease in replies on lots of posts lately. It seems people are just picking and choosing who to post to now - Old and new members deserve to be replied too....When we see a thread with few replies - we should take the time to try to say something. I really try to always post to a thread when it has just a few answers....guess that's how I racked up an obscene post count. :p But it only takes a SECOND to make someone's day a little brighter |
We can always use the reminder! I'll do my best, V! :p |
Glad- GOOD GRIEF ....you do great ....You're like the YT Cheerleader lol !! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: I just happened to notice it lately ..I always feel so bad when I see a thread with really low replies - especially with new members...On days I have the time - I start with the lowest counts and work my way up... |

You are all so right - it DOES only take a second to make someone's day. I haven't been around much because there has just been way too much going on in my life lately.....work has been busy, my sister had a heart cath done earlier in the week and had to have a stent placed due to one artery 95% blocked (she's 40), hubby had surgery #4 on his nose a couple weeks ago (traumatic injury thanks to Hurricane Rita!), and we are "knee deep" in baseball with our youngest who plays select ball (traveling almost every week-end). I "lurk" as much as I can but don't always have time to respond with a post. To all, thank you for your posts - if you touch just one person with your post or reply, it was worth it - and you've all done that to me on various posts. Have a great week-end! Suzi |

There are lots of old posts poping up. Yep, I learned to look at the dates, after I wished someone a Happy Birthday, a few months late, or I could have been a few months early :D. I do try and answer to a lot of posts, I think it's imoprtant to make all members fell welcome :2hearts2: Our YT Family really is the best!!! Happy Posting!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: |
Thank you all for your thoughts on my husband and sister. Hubby was injured while trying to remove a tree that had fallen across our driveway during Rita. To this day we aren't sure exactly what happened but something was kicked up by the chainsaw right to his face. He was extremely lucky!! Doctors said a fraction of an inch higher and it would have killed him. God was sure with him that day! He's had 4 surgeries and has one left to go later in the summer and that should do it for him. As for my sister, she is doing much better:) Just so young to have to have a stent placed but better that than doing nothing and having a heart attack. On baseball, Taylor's been playing tournament ball since he was 8 (he's 13 now) and was one of only 2 7th graders to earn a starting position with the JV team at his school....yeah :cheer: His select team will travel to Panama City this summer to participate in the Grand Slam Baseball World Series - we are all really excited about that!! As busy as I am between home life and work, I wouldn't trade these memories we are creating for nothing!! |
Yes, there are! I saw quite a few oldies but goodies! Don't you love that NEW POST feature? It's the only one that I use! |
