Today has been an......ok day. I've spent many hours cleaningand being an emotional wreck. It has been a very painful and heartwrenching week and am hoping that next week is better.

Keep up all the posts, coming to YT takes my mind off of everything else!!!!

Keep fighting the good fight. Just a thought, but a student of mine is a breast cancer survivor who recently had a reoccurrence followed by a mastectomy/reconstruction. She is finding yoga very helpful (even if she just practices breathing and meditation) as she is able to soak up the energy in the yoga classroom from others.

Ah, that is so sweet, makes me well up.. BUT a great idea.. anyone who wants to, let's put the pink ribbon in our signature,, for Courtney's battle,and her strength..( and everyone else dealing with this battle).Who's with me? :ribbonp: :big_hug: I'm off to add it to mine!

I changed my signature now, too! I think so much of you, and the women who have lived to tell their stories! :bravo: You stay strong and if you need anything don't hesitate to ask! This was my intention in doing it!! I wanted others to see and put it in their signatures so that Courtney would see that were always thinking and prayin about here..I think that its a great idea and more people should do it :)
