I may get to find out today! YAY!!!! I go back to the doctor today, and if they decide to do an ultrasound instead of just using the doppler, I may get to find out what my baby is today!!!!!!!! :p :D :p :D :p :D :p :D I am so excited! 6 more months til the baby gets here!!!!!!!! :yay_jump: |

I was told with my 2nd baby that it was a boy! Yeahhhh just what i wanted. When he was delivered they put a diaper on him and wrapped him up in a blanket, i told my hubby get that diaper off so i could see if its a boy!!! He thought i was joking!! I was not!! I needed to see he was a boy...i needed proof. Yeahhhhh he was a boy LOL you prob think im nuts but the last week of my pregnancy i kept dreaming he was a girl :eek: so i needed to see for myself! |

Congratulations on your first pregnancy! This is mine as well! i'm 25 weeks today and it's so amazing, have you felt your baby flutter/kick yet? it's the best feeling. I found out I was having a girl, and had another ultrasound done a few weeks ago just to make sure, since her privates are more developed now, and it's dead on a girl! So congrats once again and I hope you get what you want ;) |

Congrats!! It must be extremely exciting for you! Yep, those ultrasound can be wrong sometimes. One of our friends at church was on her second pregnancy. She and her husband REALLY REALLY wanted a boy but the ultrasound showed a girl, again. You can imagine their faces when a little boy came out instead. Lol. |
Well, I didn't get to find out. The dr. didnt do an ultrasound last night, but we did get to hear the baby's heartbeat with the doppler! It took him a minute to get it really good, because the baby kept moving away from him. :p Next month they are going to video the ultrasound and hopefully we will find out if it is going to be pink or blue!!!! I guess I can wait another month! :questione :shocked7q I'll keep everyone updated! |
For some reason I thought you needed to be close to 20 weeks before sex could be determined. As they say...patience is a virtue, just imagine wasn't too long ago...ya had to wait for baby to arrive before you knew ;) |
