Good and bad... 2 Attachment(s) Here are 2 pics of my oldest son, Andrew. The good..his spring 1st grade school picture :) The bad..he took his first trip to the ER on friday..took a tumble on the dirt bike and needed 4 stitches in his chin :( |
I'm glad that Andrew's alright. My son was very accident prone. I don't remember how many times that we had him in the emergency room for stitches and broken bones! In the emergency room was the only time that he ever saw the doctor because otherwise he was healthy. BTW, make sure your son knows to never stand on a motorcycle seat while driving down the road. My son tried that when he was 17 (too old to know better!!). He really messed up his elbow, had road rash, and spent 4 days in the hospital!! Now that he's old enough to pay for his own heath care he's alot more careful. Thank Goodness!!!!! |
aww poor baby. glad he is ok.. |
Ouch! That looks like it hurts! Thanks for sharing your pics your son is a cutie! |
Ouch! That wound will certainly impress his friends :) I got so many stitches and broken bones....the ER nurse would remember me from one summer to the next  |

You want to hear something funny? he was fine all weekend when we were at the lake...only needed motrin right after the fact. he was a little leary about going back to school today...and they even called me around 11am saying that Andrew was asking for his pain meds! Im like, he isn't on any! I think he was just either embarrased because people were fretting over it, or he was afraid something would happen. I talked to him telling him he was ok, and if he really were in pain, to call me back (its been 2 hours) so Im sure he's fine. Little bugger. They come out tomorrow am, so he'll get to miss at least half a day of school! |
Ohhhhhhh nasty :( He's a lovely looking boy, you must be very proud :D |
ouch! Poor baby, guess he didn't feel like being in school today! :D :D Glad nothing more serious happened. |
OUCH!!!!! He needs some Ice Cream!!!!! :D :D :D |
