I can't believe Ace made it through and voted off mandesa??? Ace is just not that talented!! he's cute but I dont see him be an Idol? but stranger things have happened...

I am SO surprised Mandisa is off! I'm protesting Idol now, guess they needed to do something shocking for ratings! HMPF.......

:eek: Can't believe they voted Mandisa off. I knew for sure the group with Bucky, Ace and that girl (can't remember her name :rolleyes: ) were the bottom 3.

I can't believe Ace is still there either- he is just a cute face and if I have to see him sing one more time- blah- Mandissa will definitely get a contract somewhere- we will see her again. I like Elliot - he needs some stage presence help and I like Chris and Kathyrn. But I think all of them are the best of any season yet.

I'm not that surprised Mendisa is gone. She has a great voice, but the last two weeks she hasn't been doing well at all. She'll get signed somewhere as a gospel singer! And she'll be great at it.

I am surprised Bucky wasn't in the bottom three. I think he just doesn't have it.

If next week is as boring as the last two weeks, I might give up...

My predictions for the final four: Katherine, Kellie, Taylor and Chris. Final two, Katherine and Chris (although Katherine has to develop a little more personality...)

I thought for sure Elliot was going! I couldn't believe it! My predictions for the final four are Taylor, Chris, Katherine, & Paris. Final 2--Taylor & Chris. :D

I don't think she came on AI to do a Gospel CD. She had the strongest voice on the show. She was great the past 2 weeks, when others who were blah were HORRIBLE! Kellie is a sweet girl, but I not a strong singer....AI is rigged, Ace should've been gone...why was the bottom 3 totally different from last weeks, or the week before that. Last week when I voted for Mandisa, I got through every phone call, this week I could barely get through :confused:

Ok, Megan says I'm too harsh, but here is my take: After losing Lisa I didn't think I could be more shocked...until last night. Mendesa? Come on, she has more talent in her pinky than the rest of them put together. Elliott an AI? Give me a break. He is just wiered looking. And speaking of wierd....I have just not gotten Taylor since day one. He needs meds. Bucky is ok, but strictly country, which I like but I don't see a country person winning again this year. Ace is good to look at, not a great voice. Chris will rock next week when they do Queen songs. Paris is good, but too young. Why would someone want their child to be involved in such a nasty business as the recording industry seems to be? Kelly gets on my nerves with her naive act. Personally I think she is an air head. Kathryn is very pretty and I like her most of the time, but she is not "star" material to me. More of a good back up singer. There was so much hype about the talent this year and I'm sorry, I just don't think it is there. They can't sing, they all have bad days, week after week. I don't think any of them are really fabulous, like Kelly Clarkson or Carrie Underwood.

Teri, I agree with you on a lot of points. Platinumyorkies, I agree with you too! I cannot BELIEVE that Ace outlasted Mandisa, gosh she was one of my favorites. I think that Elliott is a VERY talented singer but I don't see his pop 'niche' if you know what I mean. I also don't see Bucky winning the pop contest, yeah I see him doing country but he's just not my pick at ALL. And what's up with Paris being in the bottom 3?!

I'm so mad about Mandisa getting voted off. Gosh taht just sucks!!!!!! The day Katherine McPhee gets voted off, if its any day soon, is the day I boycott the whole show.
