Im Baack
I got back from Hot Springs last night and wedefinitely got some well-needed time away. The town is definitely..well..interesting to say the least. We got there around 8 on Sat night only to find out that the person running the hotel was at the Pub enjoy his Sat night. So we went to grab some food. The couple at the table beside us was SO peculiar! When the waitress brought us our food..the lady looked at Travis food and said "Wow, your mashed potatoes look so good..can I try some?" :eek: :eek: Who does that?? We were both SOO caught off guard.. Travis was like.."uh yea sure." So sure enough..she got up, walked to our table and got a bite of his mashed potatoes. It was the craziest thing ever!! Then later on we overheard them talking and the man was saying stuff like.."I cant leave my wife..she owns the drug store and I have a country club member..what about my car" and later on.."I dot even remember my wifes name, how do you expect me to rmember yours?" :eek: I was like WTH!!?? So finally we left so we could find Harold the guy that had the key to our hotel room who was supossedly at the Pub.. he told us that the door to one of the rooms was unlocked and to just push it open, as the key was in the door..even MORE weird!! VERY small town!! When we checked out the next day he told me to mail him a check if i didnt have anything on me to pay him with haha! I was wow.. But the jacuzzies were awesome and the massages were even more incredible! So they made for everything else ;) |
