This drives me nuts
 
I had emphasis on had....an entire page of mathmatical notes...all totaled into columns....I had to look all the dang information UP for all of 2005. It's poof, history, gone. I have not even left my desk and it's lost :mad: And instead of looking any more for it, I am sharing my frustration with you :rolleyes: Who comes and steals this stuff and what the heck do they want it for :mad: :mad:

Ok, here is what drove me nuts today~
Balancing the bank statement.(work). I'm .02 off.. I RE-ADD everything. Which I should known from past experiences,,, to check- my checks to what the bank has them recorded as... But I didn't till last... :mad:
And yes after about 2 hours and about 3 smoke breaks,, to try the Walk away strategy.... They had a check recorded as .08 and it was really .06!
Anyhow,,, I'm done now.. and it was our loss, usually when they screw up it's to our benefit... not today.. :thumbdown

Our bank continually records my nines as fours...always off that nickel, but least I know to look for checks with nines :D

Its probably in plain site! Just take a 5 minute break from YT thats all just 5 minutes and you will probably find it!

With all that's going on in the ladies thread,
it's no surprise something is lost.

Also at least you got something done, you might not have proof of it but you got it done. I still have paperwork on my desk that I need to do and its END of the year stuff! I cant get motivated!

I've already tried that tactic only mine has now become a 25 minute break. The stupid thing will show up immediately after I do it all over again. Then I'm gonna be peeved cause I found it :rolleyes:

Heather, you can't count it as getting something done if you don't have the proof, for pete's sake. And to top it off....it was something I'd been putting off. May take me another week to get motivated :eek:

Usually if I b-tch about something missing...the guys here will all deny they have it.....then low and behold....it magically appears on my desk when I'm outta the room.

PS I know for a fact some stupid man has taken this off my desk. I can say it with conviction because I am the only woman here ;)
