Attention Target Shoppers OMG I can't believe how easy it is to spend money at Target. I just spent 2 hours there and 200 dollars. That's like my month's income. lol What's the most you've ever spent? I didn't even really get anything! I just bought a bunch of odds and ends - new soaps and stuff that I don't need. Love that store |
I hear ya! I love love love target!!! Or tar -jhey as we call it, lol |
The most I spent was at Christmas, I spent $778.00. I remember it like it was yesterday lol. With as many kids as I have it's inexpensive to shop at Target and I refuse to step foot in Wal Mart. |
That's about what I spend every time I go there! I might as well just fork over the dough when I walk in the door! I only go about every 6 weeks, though. Last time I went it was for new dish towels and pot holders. I left with a couple of new lamps, air freshners, razor blades, deodorant....well you get the idea! And I ALWAYS have to get some treats or toys for the kids! |
I was there today and only spent 35.00 problem being I didn't get anything I went in for! They had a lot of their dog stuff on clearence! |
Love Target!!!! OMG!! WE LOVE TARGET!!! Thank you for starting this thread! ;) We love the $1 aisle by the front door (can always find some cute and fun things for goody bags, scrapbooks, etc). Plus, I think they have one of the best selections of greeting cards - they are up there with Hallmark! :D And their dog selections are great!!! We always look at the end-caps because they do have some great deals on their clearance! Our Target is by PetsMart, so we always hit those two on the same day - talk about not having any $$ after those trips!!! :D Just the other day, I stopped in, for no reason, and spent over $50 - I couldn't even tell you want I bought! But, like you, it is nothing for me to spend over $100 or $175 at any given time. |
I shop at Target at least once a week. It is just 1 block from my house! Anyway, the most I ever spent at Target in one trip was @$1000 and that was 3 years ago. I bought a coffee table, two end tables and a bookcase and a bunch of other things (toothpaste ect.). The furniture still looks great and has held up well. The best deal I ever got at Target was my daughters crib. I had a crib for her but it was a hand-me-down and it really needed to be retired. The day before I gave birth I was at Target picking up some last minute items and there it was, a $250.00 crib for $39.99 !!!!!! It was the last one left and it was exactly what I had always wanted! :) |

I love target I have to get my fix in at least once a week. All my clothes are from there that is my designer label :D Sometimes I don't buy anything I just have to walk around, I feel lost if I haven't been in there for a week |
LOVE Target! I'm going there this weekend. They have the best housewears, and pet dept. LOVE it. |
.... and another Target plus .... we got asked to not bring Toto back into a Wal-Mart in Ft. Walton Beach, FL ... so we didn't, nor did we go back! We went to Target ... with Toto, and all we got was friendly people and everyone loved Toto!! What was the big deal?? I would never, ever let her out of her bag ... who would let their Yorkie down on those filthy floors anyway?? ;) |

Wanted to let you all know.........I went to Target today (had to go to PetsMart and you know, since it is right next door and all......... ) Anyway....guess what I found?!?! They have doggy stairs for $28! The kind that has the removable fleece like covering! They look like the ones that were on tv (two for $39 or something like that, can't remember) and like those in the LakeSideCollection catalog. Details: Deluxe Doggy Steps - Holds up to 70 lbs - great for sofa, bed, auto - fast, easy assembly (haven't put them together yet) - plush, sheepskin-look machine washable cover. Do you all think this was a good deal? I know the ones one tv and lakeside catalog looked good, but you had to pay shipping. I will let you know the step measurements when I get them put together. I can post a picture too once I get them together OR if any of you bought some, please post with what you think of them. -the good, the bad, the ugly! :D I don't mind to have to take them back!!! I have to say though, I was alittle bummed at our store today.....they didn't have their shelves stocked!!! :thumbdown I wonder why? I was always told that Mondays were bad because of the weekend crowds, but this is Friday?! Odd, huh? They didn't have ANY pet shampoo or my BioSilk, etc. Oh well......still love them!!! |
