I think all those cheeses sound good. First off I love corn tortillas so Im gonna start with that and then probobly just put a bunch of different types of cheese in it and them probobly some grilled onion (YUM) and maybe chicken. I will probobly just stick to cheese though. I can eat cheese anything :D |
"WoW....presenting Surfie and Tiki...Yorkie Talk's own gourmet Can I just place an order for delivery " Heeheee, any time! In all sincerity I hate to cook, and most things I make are relatively easy. We normally eat fish/chicken/pork with a veggie or salad. Me, just give me a power tool, that’s my real passion. I’m going to start building a doghouse just for kicks. It’s going to have real scallop shells for the roof, and of course a surfboard with the kid’s names. And no, don’t worry, my dogs will not be sleeping outside, I just needed a new project, golf widower that I am. I can just see the new thread, Surfie and Tiki narrowly escape collapsed dog house...... |
Oh good night! I burned my quesadilla while playing on YT. Big shocker!!!! Oh well, it still taste pretty good. ;) |

1 TBL toasted sesame seed oil 1 TBL shredded ginger (optional) 1 C Chinese cooking wine or dry sherry ¼ C hoisin sauce 1 TBSP sugar 2 star anise, (in the spice section of your store) 1 cup chopped stem of bockchoy 1 pork tenderloin Slap the above in a frying pan, simmer for 5 minutes, and throw in pork tenderloin, Cook each side covered for about 7 minutes or until done. Put the pork on a plate, turn up the heat to caramelize the sauce, slice the pork in thin slices, and pour sauce over. Serve with steamed bockchoy, steamed Chinese cabbage, and rice. Whoola easy dinner. |
