Mary Frances purses Hey ladies- For those that do not know my wife and I own a Hallmark store- we have a large store in a downtown area- anyway one of our departments is womens accessories- namely jewelry and purses-- SO here is my question I let my Manager talk me into ordering Mary Frances purses...have any of you ever seen them or bought? They are incredible each is like a little work of art- I am a little nervous about the price they retail from 125-to over 200 dollars-- So does anyone have one? |

Ahhh, some of them are just beautiful! I carry a med. size bag at any time. I can't leave home without my can of fake peanuts. LOL... Anyway, could you get me a store, owner, manager, HEY WHATEVER discount on one? Pleaaaaassseee :cry: What does your wife say about them? Does she think they are made well? I love hallmark stores. We have one around here called "Beth's Hallmark" and I shop there alot around birthdays. It's right next to a little formal attire shop called "English's". |
Oh they are very neat!! I love them but just can't afford them. I know people who do though. Lol If I bought one, I wouldn't have any money left to put in it. |

I brought one back for the sample sale for my wife and my Manager bought one as well...they both went nuts- we were all out the other night and they were counting the compliments 14 in the night between the 2 of them...I am just worried about the price....so yeah Robbie- if they don't sell I will be havin an Owners Sale--...just for my gals on YT:) We will see..thanks Monet for posting the link- they really are cool and look great- |

I am sure they will fly off the shelves!! Very pretty and purses are way more expensive than they ever have been and women think nothing of paying $200 for a nice purse these days...crazy i know, but it's the truth. |
The designer stuff sells well in big cities.... I am originally from New York... most of my family still lives there... (my sisters, their families and my daughter and her family).... anyway... They all have the "designer bags" and sunglasses. I got my first Coach pocketbook this Xmas from my daugher (to compete with their Pradas... etc...).... I turned from a corporate New Yorker into small town bumpkin... (always wear jeans now... used to only own 1 or 2 pair when I lived in New York). Your purses will sell big in bigger cities/towns... which I assume you may live in. I've never heard of them... but best of luck to you!!!!! :) |
No, but I received a beautiful Vera Bradley purse, wallet and glass case that I know the Hallmark store carries. I got the one that is black with pink bows and part of the money goes to breast cancer research. |
Can We 1 Attachment(s) This is my Vera Bradley that was purchased at Hallmark. Can we buy these from you too....maybe a little discount. Just got my new catalog and there are beauties this year. Love the Mary Frances too but alittle steep for me. |

Hey...I got a 2-word suggestion for Hallmarks in general...."Pocket Dragons." There is only 1 store in our city I've found that has them. I have to drive to Hallmark for my Beanies and the other store for my dragons...I am so lazy! :rolleyes: |

I HAVE heard of those purses, and I really Love all the beadwork and detail that goes into each and every purse. To many women, $150 is nothing for a purse. They are very beautiful, and I don't think you'll have too many problems selling them, but again, I don't know where you live so I don't know what the market is like there. Good luck! |
