A tour of my new condo! (video)
 
For those of you following my big move from Tennessee to the beach here in Charleston.....here's a video of my condo (I had to commemorate the fact that it actually got near-spotless clean for once, haha.)

My hubby and I moved from our ghetto apartment in Tennessee to a really nice place here in Charleston (SC) and tho it's more expensive, it's worth it because we're HAPPY here!!!

I think it's important to love where you live, don't you? :p Anyway, I didn't think it was possible to get my condo this clean and it may never be again....but... here it is! http://www.dropshots.com/videolink.p...entTime=053916

hehe - I felt like SUCH A PEEPER ! I LOVE IT Val - I kept lookin for my room though and didn't see it ? Sully looked adorable as usual and has one REALLY NICE Pad - Chanel & Cheri said they'd be VERY HAPPY there ! :D

Thats sooo pretty!!! Love it! Love the fake palm trees :p I have a question, did Sully get his name from the island where you and Elias got married? Very nice condo!

I enjoyed watching the video :D thanks for sharing your home with us ;) Before i could dream of sharing a video of my house with you guys i would have to get serious about spring cleaning first :D i don't have much time to concentrate on getting the place spotless these days ( blame it on YT ) hehehehe

The guest room is yours, you know! I'm just house-sitting it for you while you're away! :p And you KNOW Sully would love the girls to visit him any day! They can pop out of a birthday cake or a fed-ex box, he would be glad to see them any way they can get here! LOL.

Everything looked so nice. I also would have to do some serious cleaning (especially in the office) before I would make a video of my home.

So.... are we suppose to make reservations?? or are you going to post what days are available for us to come and visit?? Never mind--I'm almost done packing be there soon!!! Hold the room for me and Reuger :animal36 !

P.S. OOPS, guess I'm going to need directions :wink: !!

The apartment is nice and all, but you know all we really want to see your dog park!! :D jk

And I bet the best part is you live close to you mom again, right?!?

Also, if you need some extra income until you get your photography business up and running, may I suggest you try house cleaning? Your place looks awesome!

I didn't see the last bathroom! And was that a walk-in closet off to the side?! That would have sold me, right then! Very nice, Val. Yes, it does make such a difference liking where you live. (And since I currently don't, I can tell you just how important it is!) Very nice to have a video as proof of your hard work cleaning and scrubing! By the way, I love that picture that your mom did!

Love your place Val. It made me think of our first apartment, not near that nice, but clean, before children! We used to get to Charleston at least once a year, but haven't been in forever it seems. My husband had a long term job there a few years back and stayed in Mt Pleasant at the Residence Inn next to BI-LO. Maybe we'll get to come this year! I loved your nautical theme. I have one bathroom decorated with lighthouses.

I know exactly where that is because we live right across Hwy 17 from BiLo....across from Towne Centre. It's a great little community. Everyone has dogs! One of thse days (soon!) I'm going to video our "doggie time" for you guys to see what our dog park is like! Not a real dog park but sortof! LOL.

Probably one at a time...LOL. Our 1100 square foot condo might not fit 7,000 AND all of our yorkies. Might be a little crammed for space, haha!!!!
