hehe - I know this isn't hard to do but it's my first siggy tweening and I wanted to show it to you Val :) you inspired me with all your cool avatars ....

That was my next question - What the H*ll is TWEENING LOL !!

Whatever it is....I did it ! :D (it's when you set up the animation to fade ....)

Very cool! It takes up a lot of byte space for avatars but I love making it do that when I can! Try changing the time on each frame during the tween and it will fade faster if you like!

thanks guys - this is just the beginning - I usually can't concentrate on learning new stuff ...it's either learn something new or go to the gym - Hmmmmm...

oh - and anyone wanting to try this - it's really EASY :) (the actual tweening part - not what Val does - that's hard !)

LOL....I tried to tween your avatar but it took too many bytes for 5 pictures. But, while I was at it, I brightened up your colors a little bit! What do you think?

Well I just think you ROCK ! but you already know that girlfriend ! lol - yes - mine is maxed out on size - that's the only bad thing about having size limits -I could have added 5 more pictures then been happy with it !

I forgo text for the pics on mine - but I love yours with the text....

Just make a text box and type whatever you want and highlight it and find the font you want THEN right-click in the layers window on that text layer, choose "layer style" and "blending options". My favorites are "stroke" - with a pretty gradient on the outside, and of course "bevel and emboss" is a must!

just teasin ....THANK YOU ! My problem is getting the text to animate between the pictures....I did it earlier...just forgot what I did :D

Just remember that every frame is different and you can change each layer a little bit (in most ways) in every frame of your animation and when you put it all together it will animate. If that makes sense. I think I'm confusing myself.

Yup ...I can Add Gifs and pictures to my pictures and animate - but Text in between the pics is the one I have trouble with - I know to unlock the pics and make copies ....and add text - but how come the text always stays ON each pic when I animate ? I'd love to get it to flash Text ....then the picture...then text....

Its so frustrating because I DID it but I guess I have a Bad Case of CRS again....(can't remember sh*it) :D

When you want JUST text you have to make the pic invisible during that particular frame. Like on the layers window that little "eye" that you can turn on and off, ya know? Make sure the only one on is the text you want displayed.

THAT'S What I did wrong - THANK you so much - Kristy and I were talking about this the other day and I was doing it backwards - :thumbup: :thumbup:


and Gerry - it DOES take patience if you are learning by Tutorials - I would LOVE to spend a day with Val...but since I can't... I just read and search the net looking for things I want to learn to find a easy to follow tutorial...It helps if you have experience working with pictures prior to using these programs and I do ....so some things came easily to me - other things - not so easy.
