I'm Bored & I'm Curious About what kind of pots and pans (e.g. cookware and bakeware) do you have in your kitchen? I am all in to healthy cooking and I do cook quite a bit at home but I also do like to keep things fairly simple. I am not much of a baker and prefer to cook mainly Asian and Western food. I would like to know what everyone else has cookware and bakeware wise in your kitchen? I have a set of stainless steel pots and pans (different sizes), a 8 quart stainless steel pressure cooker and I use it quite a fair bit especially after work when I am trying to whip up dinner in a short time and my trustee 10" Kitchenaid cast iron pan which I totally love. I also have a small non stick pan only used for frying eggs to keep the free flowing yolk intact lol. Bakeware wise I have a rectangular stoneware, a Corningware bakeware and a bigger stoneware for lasagnas etc and some ramekins. I seldom bake but when I do, I mainly make turkey/beef pies, banana cake, pecan butter pie, parfaits, light cream cheese ramekin desserts, no bake stuff. |
I am trying to cook more, it's not going so well. I know how to make omelette and that's about it so I have an omlette pan. We have a wok but don't use it and a whole bunch of other pots and pans I don't know what they are for. It's a work in progress :D |
I have a set of stainless steel Emeril pots and pans . I have a few non stick pans that I picked up from target and cast iron skillets that are older than me. |
I love to cook. I wanted to be a chef. So I do a lot of research for the best kitchen items. I look at it. I don't mind spending the money but I only want to do it once. I have All-Clad pots and pans ( will last my lifetime), I have a Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron oval Dutch oven, some old caste iron skillets, All-clad slow cooker, Cuisinart griddler, Nordic wear cookie sheets. . . . I do not like non stick. . If you have a good pan you don't need non stick |
I have Cast iron skillets, T-fall pots and pan set and Corning wear casserole dishes and bake wear and I have to cook. My microwave and Gorge Forman get used more than my stove top and oven. I can cook an entire meal just with those two appliances. |
Besides the usual kitchen ware, I find a BBQ and a smoker incredibly useful. |
I have All-Clad pots and pans. For bakeware...not even sure what I exactly have, just some generic stuff or something. I also have a slow cooker. |
