I saw Wicked...My feet still haven't touched the ground!!

I saw Wicked, it was beyond incredible!! I can't even begin to describe the magic, it was better than the last time. I belong to a Wicked fan site, so I'll just copy and paste what I put there. Its easier than typing it all again. ;) first, you should know who these people who I'm talking about are. Michelle is Nessarose, who is Elphaba's sister. She later becomes known as the Wicked Witch of the East. Ben Vereen is the Wizard of Oz. He is hysterical, and very talented. Megan Hilty is G(a)linda, she's amazing! Shoshana Bean is my total favorite! She plays Elphaba (but she's leaving on the 8th!! :cry8: :cry: ) Elphaba is the one who all the citizens of Oz call the Wicked Witch of the West because she is born with green skin. (she isn't actually wicked) And David Ayers is Fiyero who becomes the Scare-crow when Elphaba does a spell on him to save him when he's going to be killed. Shoshana, David, and Michelle are leaving on the 8th. Oh and I have pictures I'll post tomorrow. So here's what I put on the other board. :D



aaahhh I can't believe it, my feet still haven't touched the ground! Last night we went to see Wicked and I was just blown away, I had seen it before but this was just amazing. I was in tears through practically the whole show. Of course we waited after to meet everyone. Michelle came out first, YAY, she signed my playbill and we talked for a minute, she seems so sweet, but kind of shy. Then Ben Vereen came out, YAY!!, he was so funny, he singed my playbill too. Then Megan came out! I just love her!! She's SO sweet! She made her way down the line, taking time to talk to just about everyone. She got to me and we talked for a few minutes and I told her that my name is Megan too. She was like, "Really? Cool!" So then she went down the line again and when she was leaving she said, "It was nice to meet you Megan" aahh I thought I was going to pass out! THEN Shoshana came out!! YAYAYAYAY!!! I could barely talk. She was signing papers, and posing for some pictures with people, but not a lot. I was one of the last people she talked to and my mom asked if she could take a picture with me. Either she didn't hear or she just wanted to go home but then I said, "Shoshana, I've waited months to meet you!" So then she said, "Cool, lets do it then." So I got my pic taken with her and we left. It was SOOOO much fun!!! I can't believe she's leaving. Oh I almost forgot, I met David too. He is HOTT!! He's REALLY nice too, and singed my book.

I'm glad you had so much fun!! Now I know what I should see next.

Megan! I missed you! I knew you were having fun, though! Glad that you're back! :D

WONDERFUL. I was waiting for you last night and didn't see a thing and finally
went to bed. Now you get to see it again the 10th, right!!

OOOHHH Fun! I'm sure you had a blast. Your mom is the best. If I knew you guys were in the city, I would have met you for a Shirley Temple before the show :p

ok here are some of the pictures.I look SO ugly in them. (that cursed barrier!!) I was waaaaay too close to the camera and exhausted so focus on the PRETTY PEOPLE I'm with!! I'll explain who the people are...First is David, my other future husband. Second is Michelle, then a few of Ben Vereen. Then me with Megan Hilty, she's the blonde one obviously! yup on Tuesday. :D I think the other Megan walks around with a smile plastered on her face 24/7. Like WOW, when she was talking to me she was still smiling lol.

Oh, the pictures are great. I'm sure you had to do all these things quickly and they
certainly turned out for you. I probably would have gotten everyones feet. I bet
you will be on cloud nine for a very long time.

Megan, you should be on their payroll as a Public Relations representative. I never even heard of "Wicked" and you've got me thinking about getting tickets. ;) I glad you had a good time sweetie, you deserve it.

You should see it, I think everyone should! :p Tickets are sold out through the end of March, though. :(

Megan, you rare so lucky! You know I hate you, don't you? OK, maybe "hate" is too strong. You know I'm EXTREMELY JEALOUS of you!

By the time Wicked makes it to Anchorage, they'll have to wheel me out and prop me next to the organ in the orchestra just so I'm close enough to hear.

Oh poor Shoshana!! On the Wicked forum that I'm on I just heard that Sho just left after act 1. :( She got sick and left. She's not doing tonights show either. I hope she's better for her last tomorrow!!! :cry:

We missed you while you were gone, but it was ok. You must have had a great time. That's what counts. Now, I'm looking forward to hearing all about your trip to LV to see your other favorite entertainer. What's his name? LOL Ha Ha Ha
