hey I am liking this my age seems to be in the majority here, I am 58 and live in
Oakland County MI a suburb of Detroit but was born and raised on Long Island not to far from NYC

BTW I am not sure if you know this but there is going to be a big yorkie meetup in Chicago the weekend of May 16th. We are all staying at the Hotel Indigo. It's put on by a facebook group called the Barking Lot

YOU are so darn blessed....I'm so jealous. Can you see the mountains from your house? My uncle lived in a house that every window you looked out of you could see you were enveloped by them....it was beautiful....

I am 29 and live in the Beautiful Columbia river gorge in northwest oregon with my five darling children, my love, and my sweet yorkie girl lilah charm on a little farmette of sorts...

Thank you.....I was in Florida when that picture was taken, pretty sure it was five years ago, few more wrinkles since then:) but I've held up pretty well. My Dad would have loved the internet, he had a thirst for knowledge and I do too but he even more. I was trying to get a few of my friends on a debating site I was on but email is all they care about....if they only knew what they are missing.

No mountain view from my condo, but it overlooks a green park & pool. When I moved here 6 years ago I lived in a highrise on The Strip 33 floors up. I could see everything!!

Ann, when the site went down we each lost a post here but we each read it so it's OK. Yes I saw the dance together one. :D. You are still the coolest and always will be.

Lol...at least we know that our memories are still good enough that we both remember reading each other's posts :D. My memory is SO terrible at times! Right back atcha, cool cat!

Amazing, that's just awesome! I always hope that I'll continue to pursue health and feel young as I grow more vintage. Not to be nosy, but I guess I will be nosy :p ...but what do you do for work (if you feel like sharing) where you love it so much that you're still doing it? That's pretty cool that you're still enjoying your work.

Outpatient Psychiatry, and yes I love my work. My patients are awesome and together we work very hard to see they have a good life as well. Gives one a good feeling at the end of the day.

That is great, I quit working 12 years ago so you beat me. I still take time to walk and this past winter it was inside.:( Never ran any kind of marathon...but you just keep it up. Life is good here as well. Six great grand babies.

I hope when I'm 81, that I'm half as cool as you are. Hey, at least we know I'll be listening to Pink Floyd like you do! It automatically gives me at least 1 point of coolness.

Awww, JEEZ, thanks :p I've always gotten along with people of all ages, but I always seemed to 'connect' more with people older than me. When I was 18, a lot of my close friends were already mid-late 20's. And now, same thing, a few of my close friends are either reaching 30 or already there. But then I have my few best friends since elementary school who are my age too. I tend to find conversation w/ everyone. I work with a woman who is around 75 (but she, like crystalsmom, is a 'YOUNG' 75... btw, crystalsmom, I want to be as cool as you in my 80s!) and we have some of the best convos! Age ain't nothin' but a NUMBER! :p

Well I may as well post my age . . I'm 48 but sometimes feel like I'm 68. But I like to think that I look 38. Lima, Ohio born and raised.
