You could be right that Sansa is being sincere and didn't know when or if Littlefinger would show up with the troops. Maybe that is why Sansa didn't tell Jon that she had sent the raven. I also do not remember Jon's views of Littlefinger and the House Tully.

I need to re-watch a few episodes because I do not remember if she sent the raven before or after she and Jon were unsuccessful in securing more troops from other houses.

I also want to pay closer attention to how Sansa and Jon reacted to each other after the big battle.

I think Sansa feels like men are weak and can't protect her, her father couldn't even protect her. She went from a little girl who was flattered that the prince wanted to marry her to someone who is highly disillusioned by men. I love Jon, but I don't think he instilled any confidence in her, and I think she's just sick of men being in charge and not listening to her. The person I'm having the most difficultly understanding is Littlefinger, I really thought he loved her, does he? Or is he looking for power. What he did to her seems so unforgivable. I'm sure he knew. Complex characters that's for sure, but that's one of the reasons the show is so good.

Littlefinger confuses me too. I guess power was more seductive than his thing for Sansa.

Rewatching some episodes may give an even clearer picture but here is what I think so far: Jon and Sansa may have already known the Tully army was held up with their own siege inside of their castle, key word, their uncle Blackfish. Brianne, woman knight, was sent to them to try and get them to assist Sansa(the actual Tully blood). Jaimiee, true to his word this time, let the Tully army go after the siege ended, so Jon and Sansa didn't know they were coming. The Tully army no longer has a home, the iron throne has given their castle and lands to someone else. SO!!!!! Castle Winterfell needs an army, the Tully army needs a home.... ya see where I'm going with that. The current head of the Tully house is being held captive and not going to be rescued. I was confused about the Tully army. I thought the troops that Littlefinger brought were from the castle with the moon door, the Eyrie, and the Robin kid. Jaime took Riverrun, and Brienne sailed off in the moat without the army. How did this all come about with the troops? I need to read more of the wiki.

I was on the edge of my seat from start to finish. Cersei is a major baddy, but I can't help enjoy watching her. What was Jaime thinking as he watched Cersei take the crown? Do you think they met before the ceremony, or did he ride into town just as the ceremony was starting?

I think Nancy was right about Sansa, she is sincere in her support of Jon. My guess is that Sansa is rightfully worried what Littlefinger will do now.

It was Rhaegar(sp), the mad king's eldest son and Daenari's older brother(older than the one with the golden helmet) who kidnapped Lyanna Stark... so Jon is the Daenari's and Eddard(Ned) Stark's nephew. Sansa is Jon's cousin, still half Stark blood, but now instead of mystery blood, the other half is Targaryan.

Arya did great this week, the father and the male heirs to that bloodline. That house is done... Sweet! He was disgusting!
