Need prayers for my husband
 
Well here we go again.. I was up till 2 am at the emergency room with my husband/ He fell yesterday evening on some ice and cracked his head on the sidewalk and had to call the ambulance. Well after 22 stitches outside an 4 inside.. they had a hard time getting it to stop bleeding because he is on bloodthinners for his heart.. and a concussion.. they are keeping him overnight. they took two CT scans to make sure there were no fractures. I am heading back to the hospital this morning so please say prayers he is okay. Thank you so much everyone! He looked like he took 10 rounds with Tyson lol.. but he was joking with everyone.. both eyes were swelled almost shut.. and nose was all skinned an red too.. they are checking to see if it isnt broke too.. well got to go... keep us in your prayers!

Close call. He was very lucky he didn't fracture his skull and have a brain injury. Praying for a quick and full recovery though I'll bet that poor thing is in for a few very uncomfortable weeks.

May the Lord send His healing power to your husband. I pray he will gain his strength and energy back and have no headaches or other side effects. Jesus heal him as we lift him to You.


Yesterday my friend, a bird lover, had her zebra finch cage fall and Mr. Finch flew away. She was devastated. We prayed. Today Mr. Finch came back and flew in the open cage. A Miracle. An answer to prayer.


He hears and answers our big needs and even our little needs. All praise to the Lord Who loves us so much!

Hello everyone.. Got him home this afternoon.. Thank you EVERYONE for the prayers.. With the Big headache and sore all over and looks like he just got back from a scene from the walking dead haha.. he is doing okay.. His right eye is swelled completely shut.. his nose is swelled twice the size and all skinned up.. and his eyes are black and blue.. otherwise he is okay.. he is hurting.. they have him on Norco an he had 22 stitches outside and 5 inside.. they had a hard time getting it to stop bleeding and had to stitch an artery above his eye to get it to stop.. he is home now an I am his maid.. haha.. so again Thank you all so much!

HI Dawn.. he is doing okay.. still really sore and gets a headache... he goes next Tuesday back to the doctor to be checked an have the stitches looked at and might have them out. He isn't young anymore an I noticed he gets tired fast.. lol. its really swollen still and the bruising is going all down is cheek. He says he hurts all over which the doctor says he will.. He will be 74 May 6 so really I wish I felt like him an get up in the morning an smile like he does.. He is a trooper.. always was.. He still makes me smile after 18 years of marriage.. We will be married 18 years April 27th.

Good to hear that he is doing a little better. I imagine at his age the healing process might take longer. Hope he is back to his ol' self soon, You've got an anniversary to celebrate !! :D
