***Almost 17,000 Posts & Counting!!!***
 
I can't believe it! Just noticed a while back my post count on this forum was 15,000 and then, before I knew it, it is suddenly getting close to 17,000 posts!!! Who would believe I could type that much "stuff"?!?!?!?! I'm amazed that someone like me who kind of feared joining a web forum and resisted it for years actually found one about a subject I adore - Yorkies - and stayed around and haven't been booted off for one reason or the other yet!!! ;) LOL. Ya'll all have the patience of Job! :D

Wonder if I'll ever break 20,000 posts?

Congratulations!:D:aimeeyork It's funny you say that. I'm the same way. I've joined many forums over the years but never posted anywhere but here and a Standard Poodle one on Facebook. Dog people are awesome!;)

IDK, with his personality and cute, fuzzy face, he could pick up another slave to do his bidding just anytime he wanted! But hopefully, if I don't take his name off our User Title, he'll hang around. I think he's already peeved his name isn't part of my User Name so I'd better not give him any less mention or else.

I have very fond memories of when you joined, and I'm so glad you're here. Keep posting, and I'll always keep reading your posts.

I was a member of a photography forum for three years, and I never posted. It took me a while to start freely posting, but because of the leadership of our special moderator and our other wonderful administrators, who set such a warm tone, and our compassionate community, my post count is climbing, too.

I'm so glad you found YorkieTalk.

I've read some of your old posts in Photography. You are very knowledgeable in it. No wonder Katie's photos are so terrific - she's gorgeous and you are talented and skilled at shooting her.

You were my first real friend here, Miss Lisa! You were SO kind to a dumb newbie blundering around and not even knowing how to page over - knowingly anyway. I'd done it but didn't know how I got on later posts. Wow. And I didn't even know what a "post" was & "thread" meant something one sews with and things like that. Took me the longest time to figure out what "OP" was and I'll never forget the first time I posted a new thread. Oh, and trying to figure out how to include only a portion of or highlight another member's post took me forever. And those multiple quotes - another thing I couldn't get. But just paging over was a biggie for me to figure out at first.

Then I began to read the threads and realized how much valuable advice and opinions and knowledge about Yorkies all of you all had and I just had to stay and soak up everything. It's been fun, too. Oh, the laughs we've all had! :D

LOL, I'm picturing Tibbe packing his handkerchief like Snoopy full of his favorite things. :D

Nancy1999 is the one who came up with the Blabberfingers designation. She deserves all the credit.

haha. That sounds like Nancy. She's so creative about names and ideas and things. Sounds like I might soon qualify to join the A.B. group. But, boy, do you, me and others in our posting range have a long way to go to ever try to catch Betty! I don't even know what she's at now but I think it's near or over 50k!
