The Gabapentin is the best thing for it- I know taking asprin of any kind will make it worse - I never could take anything for a headache knowing that night I'd be so active with RLS..... PS - I too take Trazadone - been on it since my husband died and I tried them all - this worked the best - I'm on 150 mg...nighttime plus the gabapentin thru the day. I read this is inherited and passed on ..... |
My husband has RLS and his legs "jump all night". It doesn't wake him but I wakes me and sometimes annoys Bubba so much he growls at my husband. I work with a lot of patients who have vascular problems. Does it only bother you when you put your feet up or lie in bed? If so I would make an appointment with a vascular dr. |
Omg Sooooo glad that someone understands, this absolutely takes over my life,, as soon as I sit down after being on my feet alday my legs start playing up, I can't settle , I wud describe it as pain in a way, don't know weather getting my cart ledge out of my knee years ago has contributed but it's both legs, at night my hubby sometimes has to sleep in back room when I'm constantly moving my legs all nite, oh please someone tell me how to get rid of this before I get divorced ,,, lol ;) |

it's the best sleep I've ever had. But I learned no tylenol - no advil and no coffee in the afternoons....I've had it since my early 20's I hope you find relief - Requip is ok - but started not working for me |
I have it from time to time. Whatever you do, don't take benadryl, it's a known trigger. |
