Husband running over dog
 
I was just watching Nancy Grace and there was a story of a couple divorcing and the husband got mad and ran over the dog. It's so sick I can't even watch the video it's terrible.

Omg! Can't that be prosecuted? Unfortunately, that is how Huey's mom died, but in her case it was an accident. The owners kid wasn't looking :cry:

They have it on video but Nancy said the max he can get is three years.

I believe they said the neighbor had security cameras at both ends of their house so the cameras captured the act from the front and back. They said the guy ran over the dog and drove off leaving the dog screaming in agony alone in an alley. It died laying there alone. It sounded to me like they said he lured the dog into the alley and the dog followed wagging his little tail. I'm glad they got it on tape and I hope he does the max time.

Really most people are nice however, people like him make me wonder how a person's feelings could be so callus.

I am really hoping with the hard evidence that he gets the max penalty. We all know that so many animal abuse cases don't end with a conviction, or just a slap on the hand misdemeanor.
