Such a proud momma! 1 Attachment(s) My son is four and has been having issues with my divorce and with just life in general. So my mom thought if would be great to get him into Taekwondo. My thought?? "Great, now he can put his Ninja Turtle skills to work" I took martial arts as a kid and loved it, but Hayden has major listening issues! Anyways, tonight was his first class. He was so excited to wear his uniform, and I was just praying his teacher could handle him for 30min. But, he made me so so proud!!! He listened and bowed. He said yes sir at everything! He even got his white belt!!!! I broke down in tears when they put it on him. It's progress and a chance for him to be happy. He has an outlet and friends!! Here is a picture from the beginning of class. He's the one looking completely clueless. :) he even waved at me every few minutes. |
*smiles* He's going to be fine Mom! |

What a cute little fella. I don't blame you for being proud of him. |
You have every right to be proud of your son! You are giving him something he doesn't even realize he needs, an outlet and opportunity to hone several different skills and feel good about it! You're a good mommy, take much joy from being in this special part of his life, you'll never regret it and BTW your son is adorable! ;) |
