Mine would be.. To try for a baby, still LOL To work as hard as I can to get my health back To be loving to others To do the things I am most passionate about and to not sweat the small stuff :p |
I just joined a gym and my life change is to lose 20 lbs! |
This last past year had trully been a bad one for us that's for sure. It started off with me sister getting into trouble and the battle for Cherish between her grandmother who had nothing to do with her till then. Thank God that all worked out and CPS didn't get involved and take her! Then we almost lost Gus, but again we thank the lord that it was just not him time to go!!!! Then my husband totaled his car, I ended up in the hospital having to have emergance surgery, my aunt passed and my father in law is still in the hospital fighting for his life. With all that has happened I haven't been taking care of myself the way I should. My weight had been like a rollorcoaster. And I can't seem to get well from this damn flue. I know it's becasue I've been a bundle of nerves and not eatting like I should. I have to look at things in a different matter. My sister will be getting out in September and I hope and pray she has learned and will stay clean for her and her daughter. We have been blessed to have Cherish in a safe and loving home where we don't have to worry about her well being, Gus is here for us to spoil and love and is perfactly healthy and has recovered fully. My husband got a new car to replace is other car thanks to insurance. And my aunt,, well she is with the angels where she will forever be beautiful and is watching over me till I join her one day. As for my father in law,, well we are still working on that one. The family seems to be coming around and being there for him. At least he will not die thinking people didn't care. See I've started to change already. I just hope I can keep up this frame of mind up and start taking care of myself a bit better too. I can tell you one thing,,,,,, being a part of this site has done wonders for me that's for sure!!! I have found much joy here and am so greatfull to have come acrosse some wonderful, caring and loving people. Sorry to have gone on and on but,,, I do feel better getting this all out! You all are so wonderful!!!!!!! Happy holidays to you all. |
Un-max some of my credit cards (yes, they're all maxxxxxxxxxxxxxxed) lose 30lbs (fat chance. no pun intended) quit smoking (though I know I never will) |
The same as every year, lose the same 20 lbs. Concentrate on the important thing and not sweat the small stuff. Become proactive instead of reactive. And finally, live in the moment instead of dreaming what I will do next year. |
Well, every year I vowed to quit smoking... and every year I would fail... Then came baptisim.... I have not smoked, had even a taste of wine or any type of dring since...(almost two years!) But coffee I have strugled with.... So this year its Starbucks... If I can give up my $5.00 a day coffee habit I will be in good shape! Both with my faith and with my bank account! I also plan to leave the workplace and be the stay-at-home Mom I need to be! |
Anyone interested in how I lost 30 pounds? Ladies, I cannot believe how many folks want to lose weight here. I can help. (no gimmick, for real, for free!) PM me if you want to know how I did it! :D |
This is a good one. I plan to do the usual first of the year diet denial thing again this year. And actually I plan to 'not' clean house so much, relax and enjoy life a lot more, after I get home from the gym. And love having a puppy to train again come April!! Can't wait! I could go on forever. count me in for that lottery win! |

I would like to continue being active. I ran my first 15K race last year and gave up running shortly after the race. This year, I'm beginning my training a lot earlier and hope to continue running all year long. I want to make more of an effort to see and talk to my dad. Stop obsessing about insignificant things or things I can't change. Get another job- one I actually like. Oh, and Teri- What time should I drop off Olivia for the New Year's resolution/ potty training lesson?!?! |
Further my education Show my Yorkie Get in shape Be more patient Enjoy everyday to the fullest Start obedience with my Biewers Have a Yorkie meet up for all those that bought puppies from me and those that have Yorkies in the area. Mone't this is a great thread! |
