When will I learn???? Do you do silly/ stupid stuff over and over? I sure do Several times a day I get ice and water from the frig. After how many years of doing so you would think I would remember the water and ice does not work if I open the frig door.:eek::eek::rolleyes: I am so ADD that each and every time as I am waiting the few seconds it takes to fill my glass I HAVE to open the frig door to check out whats inside... of course it stops working and I go "hun.?. oh silly me" What do you do? |
Over and Over and Over again....I soooo get this....my list is so long though...ok, go in the shower and forget to take a towel...almost every single day...this is my biggest peeve right now....I'm sure the neighbors have seen me run past the window...I gave up crawling by...:D |
I put a load of laundry in the washer, start the water, add detergent.......and then forget to put the lid down & start it! :eek: I did this twice in 1 day, was complaining to my DH about forgetting to put the lid down. He kindly told me, I was getting "OLD"!!!! :p |

I went to the post office a few weeks ago to send a box and I got inside the doors...then realized, I had no box. I had left it at home. The ONLY reason I left the house that time was to mail the box. Duh! lol |

I open the fridge door stopping the flow of water into my cup almost every time also! LOL Every night I look at my allergy pills on the counter when Im brushing my teeth, yet I always go to bed w/o taking one, realizing it 10 mins later and have to get up again to take one. |

I have a crazy collection of reusable shopping bags. I keep a few in the back of my car for impromptu trips to the grocery or quick stops on the way home. Every couple of weeks I rotate them out with clean ones so they can be washed. I will forget to put the clean ones in the car, so I have to get plastic bags. I collect the bags and once a month take them to the recycle bin at the store. Except I NEVER remember them until I get to the store! Then after a couple of months I have 20 clean and unused 'green' bags, and a monster load of recyclables. |
I really love it here. I can be having a tough day (lots of chronic pain) and someone always makes me smile at something they've posted. Or I get really involved in old or new threads that are very intense because some are so passionate about helping those who are in need...whether they realize it or not. Yep...I love you guys!! :ghug::yorkietal |
I have a bad habit of putting the laundry detergent in the softener tray and the softener in the laundry detergent tray. So....the laundry gets washed twice. At least they are clean and smell really good when they're finally dry and put away. :D |

hehehe these are good ones! lynzy....hahahaha. i do that too but thankfully can call my dh to get me one! i just keep forgetting lately what i was doing...i go in the house and then i forget and go back out and remember what i needed. im getting old and loosing my mind. |
