I am so sorry for your loss. It takes a special person to do the job they do. Prayers for your family and the families of those firefighters. |
Judy I'm so very sorry for you and Jimmy's loss of your good friend Robert. He was a very special young man....I'm so glad you were there to help your son through this....our Lord does work in mysterious ways. Prayers for our fallen hero's and their families. I hope his memories will bring you and your son some peace....(((HUGGZZ))) |
This makes my heart ache for Robert's family. Jimmy and you. Robert sounds like he was a very special person his whole life. I'm praying that Jimmy will be able to accept what has happened and find peace. May God Bless you both and all that have been affected by the loss of these heroes. |
We are expecting over 30,000 people from all over the country to attend their funeral....we heard that when we had gone to visit with Roberts momma....she smiled and joked, Robert would love that! He would love knowing he had touched 30,000 people enough that they would show up for his funeral! |
Sending prayers. |
I'm sure it was very sad for both of you to see Robert's mom and that it helped you both to cope with such a tragic loss. You have been through so much recently, and I pray that things get better for you. I hope you are feeling much better physically today and that the swelling has gone down. |
I have been so tied up with Jimmy and dealing with this situation, I forgot all about my face and the swelling, until I got to Roberts mommas house....and she mentioned it....and then I realized I was out in public, looking like QuasiMoto....OMG.....I just hope this has gone down by Monday......I am going to have to go into work with a pillowcase over my head! |
Judy, I have no doubt in my mind that He made the situation be as it was and allowed you to be home with Jimmy when the news came to him. What a sad world it is sometimes. I see idiot people driving SUVs into tornadoes and living, while a mother and child get sucked out of their vehicle and killed. Heroes like Robert die fighting for us while others do hazardous things in the name of fun and survive. Don't get me started on who gets lungs and who doesn't. His plan is His plan and I try to remember that. Prayers for you to feel better, Jimmy to be able to get through this, and for peace for the family of Robert. Hugs! |
I saw the pictures of those killed and two of them were named Robert and it was so sad to see those sweet faces smiling in better times and know how they died, trying to help people by stopping a fire. Such a huge tragedy. I'm praying for all of their loved ones and friends. |
Robert Bebee is the Robert that is our friend.....I still can not believe he is gone from here...his daddy works overseas, and he is coming home now....he was just here in the States and left to go back overseas a couple of weeks ago. What a blessing that he and Robert got to see each other this last time. |
Sending prayers your way! |

Awh such a hard question to answer. What I believe is that sometimes God calls the good ones home early. They are needed in heaven. The good that Jimmy has done over the years here on Earth, will always live on in the hearts and minds of those souls he has touched. May the light shine upon you both, surround you, uplift you, and nourish you, during this time of loss |

I'm glad you are feeling better and also pray that you aren't really swollen tomorrow. I once had to work after some plastic surgery to remove some small little knots on my forehead and face - about 6! I worked for days with those dot bandages lightly covering an antibiotic ointment all over my face and it was so embarrassing! I'm glad you are feeling some better. It sounds painful and scary! Feel better soon. |
Oh, Judy, I am just seeing this. How heartbreaking....the news about these four has had me so sad ... knowing someone who is grieving the loss of one makes it even worse. I am so sorry for your son....I just don't even know what to say. Horribly sad loss. :( You take care of yourself!! Do hope you are feeling better. |
Judy I feel your pain also. One of the greatest gentleman I've ever met died in that fire. Matthew Renaud was a young guy with a huge heart. My deepest condolences goes out to all families and friends of this courage's individuals who risk their lives for ours. RIP |
My sympathy Judy for you, your son and families that lost a loved one. You are in my prayers and thoughts. I hope you are feeling better. |
Thank you all for taking the time to offer your support and prayers for my son and I....I am fine....should look essentially normal in a couple more days, and Jimmy is processing the loss of his dear friend very well....after the initial shock, he is doing much better...we are reading devotionals, and going over the procedures how the fire department honors her fallen heros, and he is doing OK....I think after Jimmy has a chance to speak with some of the fire fighters he knows, as well as the policemen he knows and loves and respects so much, he will do much better. Thank you for all your prayers for him as he works through this...... |
I'm so sorry for your loss. :( That is horribly sad. Things work in mysterious ways, like you having been home today right where you needed to be. |
I am also glad you are feeling better. :) I think Jimmy has asked a question that anyone who has ever lost a loved one has also asked themselves at one time or another. At least. I have. I'm praying that God will use you as a vessel to give Jimmy an answer that will help him. |
Prayers being lifted up to all involved. |
so very sorry sending many prayers to your family and the families of the lost heros...may they rip. |
Judy, I'm praying for these firefighters & families as the memorials are held today. But also thinking of you and Jimmy, I pray things are ok with your family also. God Bless Them All |
