I am still kinda new to this forum and I love it when I see that most of you know each other and are so friendly and always willing to help and most importantly, you all love dogs as much as I do :D .
This is why I want to start this thread.
I would love to know a bit more about you, your name, what you do etc etc :)

Let me start ;)

I am Anny Mendoza, I'm 24 years old. I was born in Venezuela, lived on Bonaire for 11 years and then moved to the Netherlands to continue with my studies. I've been living here for 7 years now and I am currently in my last school year, hopefully I will get my degree this summer :)
I am not married but I live with my boyfriend. We've been together for 6 years now :)
We have two precious babies, Nena and Rufus. Nena is almost 5 years old and she is a morkie. Rufus is 1 year old and he is a Yorkie :) (yes, doggy babies :) )

Hi Anny I am Morgan I am born and raised in Maryland and live about 15 miles from Washington, DC. I have a 5 year old human son Isaiah, my almost 8 year fur son Georgie and I am married to the most amazing man in the world Tony:) I work in telecommunications and get to work from home 3-4 days a week:) I love sports especially Football. I really have a great life and I am so thankful everyday:)

Welcome to you Nena and Rufus. Everyone here IS super nice and helpful, unless we find out someone leaves their in heat female outside with males around and unsupervised. :mad: We love our fur babies here and try to help others stay away from buying pet store dogs since they come from puppy mills, and give helpful information whenever we can.

Hi Anny! My name is Diane and we PM'd once about my having family in the Netherlands. LOL

I have two fur kids (Hansel, a mini schnauzer and Princess Sophie, a yorkie). Hansel is about 9 1/2 years old and Sophie is just over 5 months old. I love them both!! Hansel is trying to be a calm older brother and Sophie is just full of piss and vinegar and really gives him a run for the money! I am also married (30+ years) to the most wonderful man in the world (I don't tell him that...it gives him a big head. LOL). We have two grown daughters (both out of the house) so yes...I'm older than dirt. HAHA! I am currently a stay at home wife and after managing a not for profit org, I like being home just fine!! I'm also a former Minister, Navy veteran and chief cook and bottle washer. I'm ready for retirement and just waiting till my DH hits 60 so we can move to warmer weather in Sound Carolina.

Hello, I'm Jacqui.
Three grown children...Shannon is 27, Terrell is 24 and the 'baby' Jared is 21.
We have three yorkies...Raelle and Orion are both 2 and the Biewer Jersey is 11mths.
I'm engaged to yet another wonderful man..Mark...I think he is the only one that puts up with the crazy yorkie lady! LOL.
Forgot to add that I am your Canadian neighbor. I work in transportation for a large transit company. Five years to go and I can retire.

My name is Ann and I currently live in Phoenix, Arizona. I grew up in Wisconsin, lived in Colorado during my 20s, then back to Madison-Wisconsin, then to Minneapolis MN, and finally here. One of my favorite cities ever, btw, is Amsterdam...I adore the Netherlands to no end and am so envious that you live there :)!

My hubby is Tony and we've been married almost 8 years...he is a really wonderful, supportive hubs. We don't have skin kids, but love having our furkids -- Wylie Flupiter Fitzsmudge, Marcel Verdel Purcell, and Pfeiffer.

My bachelor degree was in nursing, but I'm not currently practicing. I used to manage a clinic, then I went to work for a fortune 500 company that made biotech...I worked with our pacemaker and defibrillator clients...that job taught me I don't like big business, even though I did it for 7 years, lol! Then I moved to Phoenix w/ my hubs to open a branch of his firm here - so I worked with his firm for about 5 years.

I'm not working right now (love it!), but I do work at home running a little side eBay biz. I also paint (acrylics mostly or mixed media), dabble in photography, collect jewelry, and am interested in a zillion other things. I love learning about random anythings.

The qualities I love in people are open minds, tolerance, kindness, compassion, honesty, loyalty, humor, and intelligence -- and I see those qualities all the time here, which keeps me coming back for more! :love:

Hi my name is Alisha I am in 38 years old :( I have 2 furkids Guinness Stout who will be 2 in 11 days and Stella Artois is 6 months both are full yorkies and BRATS!!! I also have a baby girl, Teagan that is still baking in the oven and is due Sept 16 :p Been with my boyfriend 8 years this July 4th. He owns his own company and I do government foreclosures for a large bank.
