Dancing with the Stars I love DWTS and always look forward to it. I was surprised by a few performances last night especially Kelly Pickler. I thought she did very well and I love her sense of humor. I hope she goes far simply because of her horrible upbringing. Wynonna... love her voice and that's all I'm going to say. :D |
I love the show but have no love for anyone on it this season so not tuning in. |
My husband and I have always been a big fan of DWTS. It's very intertaining and everyone seems to really enjoy themselves. I admire anyone who doesn't fit the model image and gets up there to show everyone than you don't need to hide away. I love it! :D |
We were pleasantly surprised by Pickler too! Gave her 12 votes. ;) Disney girl may be tough to beat physically but I'm having a hard time accepting any passion between her and her adult partner. And Dorothy Hamill has been my dream girl since the 76 Olympics. I was happy the judges had lots of praise for her. |
I am a loonnggg, long time fan of DWTS :) IRS gonna be hard to compare to last seasons all-star cast, but its fun to watch everyone improve over the season :) Mark Ballas is my FAVORITE pro every season no matter who his partner is, but I really like who he's with this time round, Aly Raisman. Zendaya was so good though. And I was pleasantly surprised by Andy Dick! |

I did not watch it but taped it, I have always been a fan of Kelly P. glad to hear she did well. I am conflicted about picking someone who does not fit the image or at least partly fit the image of a dancer, on one hand I give the contestant kudus for going for putting themselves out there, but on the other hand I think it opens them up for a lot of heartless comments and normally they don't have a chance at winning. Each season it's like Ok we need a few athletes, we need some young kid stars, a sentimental older person and a heavy one. I know it's their choice to go on the show, but I also don't think the show's producers do it out of kindness they do it to get publicity regardless if it is good or bad. |
Finally I love dwts too! just got done watching the first episode and i have to say my favs are kellie pickler, zendaya, and dorothy hammil. finally somewhere where i can talk about this show. |
somehow I had a malfunction and the show did not record, so I watched half the rerun starting with the boxer, Here is my armchair quarterback take on the portion I saw. All I can say is Kelly P. WOW, you have some moves girl and I would kill to look half as good as you do. That football player sure can move, sexy!!! Not sure on this cont. dance, is that new this season? I am surprised they are doing lifts so early in the season, they used to make such a big deal out of not allowing lifts till the final. That young kid is so skinnnnny, her legs are so small and they say TV adds weight, she was good but I could not get over how tiny she looked, the dancers often loose weight during the run of the show, there will be nothing left of her at the end, someone needs to get her a burger and fries! Dorothy looked and danced very well and I assume she must be in her early 50's, kudos for the older gals. Ok that's my take from the couch:D:D:D |
I love Giggy :) |
I usually don't watch DWTS but I am this season because Jacoby Jones is in it lol. |
I love DWS, haven't seen this weeks opening shows yet...have them recorded and will be watching them this weekend....:):) |
Wow! Kelly did fantastic last night and she looks great. When I first saw her in a tee shirt and jeans I thought she was to skinny but boy, I wish I had a bod like that. :D |
I think Kelly and Zendaya will be in the finals. I like Kelly but gosh, her hair.... I know she cut it off to show support for her friend who has cancer, but I just don't like the look on her at all. She is a good dancer though! |
Derek and his partner are the ones to beat...they were fantastic last night!! |
